First time I came there, I ordered only starters and white wine. Starters were okay, but nothing special, the drinks are good.
Read moreThe second time I came with more people and we ordered almost everything there was in the menu. Most of the starters were still okay, quite creative, but the main dishes are simply not tasty.
1. Blätterteigtaschen: fried long and in deep fat (if you fry for a long time, in a lot of fat, and with high heat, the food just gets tasteless)
2. Falafelbällchen: these were some kind of Bällchen, but not even close to a traditional falafel
3. Tex-Mex-Platte + Tortillachips: consisted of:
- a piece of quesadilla: I guess they bought vegan cheese and torillas in the supermarket, put in on a pan till it melts et voilà: really tasteless
- Kartoffelpüree - I think that was supposed to be a kind of this vegan potatoe cheese thing, tasted like fatty pudding with pieces of potatoes inside
- Chili sin Carne - it was spicy, so I couldn't come back to the two previous parts of the dish, it made them even more tasteless: no balance
- Pico de Gallo - the nicest part, fresh, but I haven't tried any other Pico de Gallo before, so maybe I just fancy fresh veggies
- Tortillachips - supermarket food is not a good idea for a main dish in a restaurant
4. Gefüllte Aubergine mit Linsenbolognese
- consisted mostly of white plain rice: it was even cold, jeez
5. Überbackene Tortilla-Lasagne
- I thought substituting the pasta with tortilla had some supercreative justification. I was wrong. It is one layer of tortilla, then some tomato sauce, then a lot of the béchamel sauce, really I cannot stuff myself with fried flour. The lack of pasta definitely doesn't make the concept of a lasagne better.
6. Pulled Soy Burger
- very fatty burger
- edamame was not well cooked
- lots of potatoes
The drinks (wine, apfelwein, tea) were still nice.
Pros: nice location, good drinks, organic ingredients
Cons: not tasty food, not worth the price

Wow, ich bin begeistert. Es gibt wenige vegane Restaurants die mich wirklich so begeistern können wie Alina es mit fair.liebt schafft. Die Speisekarte ist aktuell Coronabedingt verknappt und trotzdem will ich am liebsten alles probieren und kann mich kaum entscheiden.
Read moreJedes Gericht wirkt besonders, nichts erinnert an die typische Speisekarte. Ich finde das Angebot richtig klasse und das Essen schmeckt sehr gut.
Im Außenbereich sitzt man am Straßenrand, wobei es eine sehr ruhige Seitenstraße ist, wodurch der Außenbereich sehr angenehm ist. Tolle Atmosphäre zum Genießen.
Drinnen ist es ebenfalls schön und freundlich gestaltet. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen.
Ich hoffe dass der Andrang zurückkommt und das Restaurant weiterhin bestehen bleibt. Es wäre sehr schade wenn so ein toller Ort einfach verschwindet.
Pros: tolle Gerichte auf der Speisekarte, freundlicher Service und angenehme Gespräche, schöne Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen

First of all. It’s a very good idea to combine vegan food and organic ones. Unfortunately the food misses the special hint. (On german: es fehlt der Pfiff) Food is ok, but flavours are not balanced. I Would recommend to learn to work better with herbs and spices. They changed opening times (Sunday closed-sorry but this is the best day for people to go for dinner/lunch). And they changes the Card (meal prices increased). Website is a bit difficult in presenting the latest menue. I would recommend to ask people (online) about their preferences (meals, opening times, location) and act accordingly. Staff is really nice. Location is a bit to cold (atmosphere) and not cosy at all

We were there during the „American Weeks“ and three dishes/ deserts were out. The quality is quiet okay but I can expect a better result in cooking. The location is in a old basement style and not very nice (personal preference)

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Food was fine, but honestly I could have achieved better results cooking the same stuff at home - and I'm not an expert at cooking. I will return to try something else because it was nice enough to keep me curious and the choice is great. But at the moment I would not (yet) bring my non vegan friends - they might not be satisfied with this.

Ein sehr süßes und kleines Restaurant! Es gibt eine recht große Auswahl an veganen Produkten. Ich habe mich sehr über das erste Vegane Restaurant in Wiesbaden gefreut! Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und es ist eine schöne ruhige Ecke in Wiesbaden. Ich kann es nur sehr empfehlen!

Bad service and poor value for money - Edit
Found the restaurant with happy cow. We came there on a sunny Sunday afternoon and ordered a salad and a pizza. Unfortunately, we waited more than an hour for the food without any indication that it would take so long. The salad was very poor with regard to the ingredients (iceberg lettuce) and the price of 9 Euro. The taste of the pizza was okay, but nothing special and more like a frozen ready to eat pizza from the super market. All in all very poor value for money and sad for the vegan movement 😞

Top vegan Restaurant - Edit
Probably one the honest vegan restaurants i have recently been. For people who like to eat clean and with less convenience you should go there. So far I think the whole food is made by themselves from basic stuff. Even the cheese tastes like self made and not bought from a store like many other vegan restaurants.

This may be the only problem or con for the restaurant. If you take your friends with you that are not vegan they probably won't like it, because everything tastes really "vegan".

The "Krautnocken" were not tasty at all. After pointing it out to the service, the cook came desinterested and tasted it by himself. He said it always is like this. Well then I'm very sorry for everyone ordering this. They didn't make up for it and charged the full amount.

Probably OK when you're vegan and hungry and are lucky with your food choice. The place is not nice. If you bring a non-vegan here, they will NEVER go vegan.
Go to "The Friday Cupping Room" - it's the VERY opposite ;)

Congrats on being the first all vegan restaurant in Wiesbaden! I thought the pumpkin curry was very delicious. I look forward to coming again and trying more dishes. Everything looked tasty, it was hard to choose one!

Wir haben unser Essen nicht komplett aufgegessen. Wir gehen regelmäßig in vegane bzw. vegetarische Restaurants. Leider ist dieses Restaurant bisher die größte Enttäuschung überhaupt gewesen.
Read moreDie Karte ist langweilig und klein. Die vier Vorspeisen bestehen alle aus einer Brotkombination und 3 von nur 5 Hauptspeisen waren Pastalastig. Leider bekommt man bereits bei der Karte den Eindruck, dass hier nicht wirklich Zeit und Leidenschaft investiert worden.
Die bestellte Pizza bestand aus Supermarkt-Fertigteig garniert mit einigen Tomaten, Oliven und Auberginen. Leider rechtfertigt dies keinen Preis von 9,90 Euro. Das andere Gericht war leider nicht viel besser und meine Freundin, die überzeugte Veganerin ist und eigentlich alles aufisst. Hat es stehen lassen... .
Die Bedienung war jedoch sehr nett und trifft keine Schuld. Unser Ratschlag: die komplette Karte muss umgehend überarbeitet werden, die Qualität sollte dringend gesteigert werden, keine Billigzutaten (bspw. Fertigteig von Aldi) und am wichtigsten zeigt etwas Kreativität im Menü. Eure Gerichte sind absolut langweilig und das 101 jedes Veganers.
Pros: Nette Bedienung
Cons: Unkreatives Menü, Schlechte Zutaten, Teuer
