I had waffles and matcha latte, and really enjoyed it. The service was OK, I felt a bit like I was interrupting the guy at the counter’s day, he took my order and payment and didn’t tell me where to find cutlery or assure me that my food wouldn’t be long... interaction done. That’s aside the staff didn’t bother me once I had my food, which I like, some places check in far too often. The cafe is set at the front of a small grocery store which has a lot of vegan products, fresh fruit and veg. I really liked the vibe of the place but didn’t need any thing from the shop as I was rolling through as a tourist. As a POC I didn’t perceive and micro aggressions or micro invalidations but this may be because the very characterless/utilitarian service in general, if you want to feel human warmth then bring your own.

Eternal Abundance is an entirely vegan-run grocery store and cafe. The food is delicious and the groceries are local, organic and there is very limited packaging and a good selection of bulk items. I had the burrito bowl on special when I ate there and it was so so good. The sunflower sour cream was like nothing I’ve ever had before!!

Read moreI found the Raw Mushroom burger to be tasty and filling. The onion bread (instead of lettuce wrap) was so good! Others enjoyed the Nori rolls and vegetables. Will have to visit again and try more of the menu!

I love how EVERYTHING is vegan and that I don't have to worry about anything. Also it's so cool that it's a three in one. Market, shop and restaurant. This is probably gonna be my new go to place on the drive. The atmosphere and the staff are also very nice.

Raw food for the people! High integrity market with cafe attached. I can’t say enough good about this place. So many high vibe raw items on the menu and for sale. And they served without plastic and take care to be waste free. In fact, you can purchase herbs, powders, supplements in their glass jars and bring them jars back for deposit refund - they will sterilize and reuse. How it should be. I’m a sucker for ceasar and their Kale Ceasar with raw croutons and olives is fantastic. Loved the raw slaw. Also, the mix of fresh lemon ginger cayenne in their shot is perfectly balanced. Love it.

Nice place. Has a cafe that has a decent selection and there is a store with lots of fresh food and various essential vegan type products. I just came in to grab a smoothie (had an iron hero, which was very good) and do some writing. However I also purchased some loose leaf rooibos tea. Emphasis on sustainability with reusable/returnable jars and some friendly advice on the environmental cost of using paper towels in the restroom. I liked muchly and would go back if I was in the area.

Absolutely delicious! Amazing organic raw vegan food, with some non-raw vegan options as well. I come here regularly when I am in town. I love their kale caesar salad and sushi the best. I have had every smoothie and every raw vegan item on the menu at some point in the last 5 years - and every single one has been fantastic. I also love that they have a great little grocery, and shop with a lot of raw vegan food essentials. Highly recommend!!

Four of us had raw sushi, non-raw sushi with kimchi, today’s soup (carrot ginger?), and raw pad thai. The sushi were both very good, especially the raw one which used walnut-miso pate instead of rice. All my non-veg friends loved the taste and some thought the texture and the creaminess are a bit like sushi with tuna (the canned one), but without the fish taste. They also sell the pate, so I really wanted to get it but it was expiring soon and I was leaving the city soon so.. The soup was also very good, but the raw pad thai with zucchini noodle was a bit bland and didn’t taste much like pad thai (a mild peanut sauce?). Oh and the portions for the sushi are a bit small, not enough for a meal, but then the price is also not that high (9-10$?). Might need 3 dishes for 2 people. It’s a cafe and a shop combined so you can buy organic fruit, veggies and lots of vegan products (including in-house sauces and pastes) from there.

Located on Commercial Drive, Eternal Abundance offers fresh, organic vegan meals and market fare. I had a salad bowl with smoked tofu and brown rice, along with a sunrise juice. Both were delicious, reasonably affordable and left me feeling so good! One of the tastiest meals I've had in a long time. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely be coming back.

I went there with a friend on a Sunday evening and we both ordered a salad! I had a chili scoop as well! The salad and dressing was delicious and the chili was good too but could've been a little more flavorful. It was really filling as well 😊

Only the drink selection was a little small meaning that they had a lot of fresh-pressed juices but I personally don't usually drink a big filling juice with dinner I would have preferred some juice or maybe iced tea.
All their breakfasts sounded really good and their dessert spread also looked 💯!

Amazing gem on Commercial Drive! - Edit
This is the closest vegan cafe to my house, and I'm so lucky it's a short walk away. Their smoothies are great (Pear Bliss is my fave!), and I love their cheezecakes. Their produce is what keeps me coming back daily though: all organic and fantastic quality, much fresher than anywhere else near me. They get a lot of local produce in especially in the summer. Definitely don't miss this place if you're in the area!
