Cozy little restaurant with a super friendly stuff. Food is very delicious but even for Munich a little pricy. So go there on purpose of you are ready to enjoy a lovely burger.

I was planning to have lunch here, but the items on the menu were not too original and after seeing the prices (most dishes were well over 10 euros) I decided to go for cappuccino and lemon cheesecake instead. The cheesecake was very good, and served with fresh lime zest and icing sugar sprinkled on top. The cappuccino and cheesecake combined cost over 8 euros, which is a lot of money in my opinion.

Nice restaurant in backyard. The food is really delicious. My favorite are the pancakes and the todo scramble. But tried pretty much everything from the menu and you can’t go wrong.

My boyfriend and I loved our lunch at Emmis! I had the Healthy Wealthy Salad Bowl (I added avocado) and he had the Jalapeño Burger with fries! The salad was super fresh and colourful and the burger was delicious. Highly recommend getting there Americano (with soy milk) - it was the best coffee we’ve ever had!!

Von meiner Seite höchstens 1 Stern: Bei unserem Besuch mussten wir über eine Stunde auf unser Frühstück, mein Freund genauso lange auf seinen grünen Smoothie warten. 3 Leute in der Küche, ein Mädel an der Kaffeemaschine, zwei im Service, davon eine offensichtlich noch sehr neu, aber freundlich, die Andere sichtbar sehr gestresst, wenn auch nicht ersichtlich warum, da es normal voll war und gut zu schaffen. Keine Kommunikation von Seiten des Personals, auf freundliches Nachfragen gestresste Defensive - ein sehr unangenehmes Verhalten. Das Essen, von der immensen Verspätung abgesehen, war bis auf das Porrige kalt und für den hohen Preis nur ok - Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht. Zumindest hat uns die Bedienung am Ende noch einen Kaffee aufs Haus angeboten, was aber den Braten dann nicht mehr fett gemacht und ihr vorangegangenes Verhalten auch nicht entschuldigt hat. Leider einfach nur enttäuschend. So schade, da die Location wirklich schön ist..

Nice little place, hidden away from the road and next to a Yoga studio. Great choice of burgers (also besides the Beyond Burger!), bowl, great breakfasts.. You name it.

Emmi’s Kitchen is super cosy, though the wooden bench with the tables are a little uncomfortable for tall people. They have an amazing breakfast menu, everything you could wish for. Definitely make a reservation if you’re going on the weekend for breakfast and especially for the brunch that is every 1st Sunday of the month.
Read moreWe had to try the beyond burger and it was amazing! The best vegan burger I’ve ever had. The vegan cheddar cheese was unbelievably good, so were the crispy fries and the dip. Super tasty drinks/smoothies too! They also have baked goods, we loved the cinnamon rolls.

I found this place expensive but I guess this is the case everywhere in Munich. The place is very simple, nothing special. The plates were tiny and uncreative. One of the things I ordered was the avocado bread. That was essentially it. A small piece of supermarket bread with avocado on top. The scrambled tofu was a bit better but again the dish was small and overpriced for such inexpensive ingredients.

There for the first time today and we did go past the passage a couple of times before seeing the sign (it is off the road in a small courtyard). But once in there we were greeted with a very genuinely, friendly and warm welcome. Then came the problem of what to order as all looked so good on the menu. Lasagne and power salad was our final choice and both were perfect. Fresh delicious and filling. So filling that we had to take our cinnamon rolls home with us. Great place and really looking forward to going again in a couple of weeks for brunch with friends, you have to reserve for that. Well worth a visit when your in Munich and they have too locations so no excuse really.

Emmis Kitchen ist ein süßes kleines Bistro mit 6 Plätzen draußen (leider an der stark befahrenen Rosenheimer Straße- deshalb leider ein Punkt Abzug, wenn man draußen sitzt) und auch ein paar Plätzen drinnen. Es gibt eine kleine Auswahl verschiedener Gerichte, die fast alle vegan sind. Das Chili sin Carne schmeckt super und auch die Acai Bowl sah traumhaft aus. Die Gerichte kosten ca. 6 EUR. Selbst unsere nicht veganen Freunde waren vom Frappuccino begeistert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Unbedingt die veganen Zimtschnecken probieren (3,30€)!!
