We only had the bowls for sharing, didn’t try any of the mains. We tried seven different ones and all of them were very good. My favourite was hands down the fake duck. I gave four stars because there was only one person serving all the tables and it got quite busy so the service was a bit slow. Other than that, nice atmosphere and tasty food.

We strongly recommend dining there. A haven for vegans in the mood for 'asian' cuisine.

We went there spontaneously on Valentine‘s Day without a reservation and got lucky - the place was packed but they managed to seat us nonetheless. The food came quickly and it was delightful. They have 20 different types of small dishes one can choose from with innovative options I haven‘t seen at other Vietnamese places in Berlin before. There are also many large dishes I haven’t tried yet, but will definitely go back to do so. Try their seitan duck, it‘s fantastic. Also: they have unsweetened iced teas and other drinks which I very much appreciate.

This is another restaurant from the group of 1990, and also offers different bowls for 3.50 which you can share, and other dishes.
Read moreWhile 1990 is always very busy, and sometimes you get there the feeling they want you to leave ASAP, here you can be slow, stay for longer time and relax.. it’s also quiet, all the times I’ve been there it wasn’t very full - so I hope it survives!! That’s why I write this review, go there, people! And all the staff members I encountered so far were so sweet :))
The food is also great..
There’s also this nice area at the back where you can take off your shows and sit on pillows.

Good to book a table, but we got lucky. Tried 6 different little bowls for sharing and all but specially dumblings and tofu was amazing. It was enough for to nyt If really hungry inwould get few more or one big bowl.

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre (angenehme Musik), freundliche Bedienung, moderate Preise und phantastisches Essen. Neben Tapas und größere Gerichte gibt es drei Desserts, die alle himmlisch gut schmecken. Einfache aber gute vegane Weinauswahl. Selbst gesprudeltes Wasser ist in einer Glasflasche abgefüllt, dennoch etwas überteuert. Ansonsten alles großartig. Sehr empfehlenswert!
