I meant to review this place about a month ago, but didn’t have time, so here it is.
Read moreThe vegan duck was super delicious and my favourite dish. I didn’t care much for the vegan shrimp, but the curry was delicious and some of the dumplings were okay.
We ordered several vegan tapas to try, but in the end we’re still hungry and ended up ordering 2 extra dishes to share. The food itself was 4-5 stars, but the service is 2-3 at best. We had to constantly flag down our servers and even get up and go to the bar (which was just in front of us) to get the person’s attention. It wasn’t too busy, but the servers were on their phones or not paying attention for really long periods of time.
At some point we received someone else’s order or the wrong order, but someone at our table accepted it anyways as the mistake was already made and they didn’t want the food to go to waste. I think at some point we wanted drinks, but gave up on flagging down servers to order. Getting the bill was also a nightmare and turns out they’re cash only at random times and don’t say until the end. The issues are endless.
Red flag 🚩 I can’t stand when a business throws something on customers like that and then expects the customers to solve the business’ problem. Telling us to go find an atm and such. So I should have to run around in the middle of the night in a foreign city looking for an atm because you chose not to disclose your machine has been broken for some days before the meal? How is it our problem? I simply would not eat here if I knew there’s no way to pay. When they wait, I feel like they know we wouldn’t have eaten here so they don’t say. 2 other tables were also in shock and told to go find atms. There was then a group of us standing in confusIon.
Are they willing to cover the atm fee, our banks foreign exchange fee and the fee for withdrawing money abroad? Not to mention the terrible conversion rate that atms have which are always lower than banks.
They need to train their managers and staff to use their problem solving skills and offer solutions like use your neighboring business’s card machine and have them exchange with you for cash, take PayPal, order online through a delivery app and choose pick up instead of delivery, then reimburse the customer for any extra fee charges, etc. I mean honestly, I can think of several options.
I don’t return to crap service. Mediocre food I can handle, but treating people like that is restaurant death to me.

Ha!! No lie, I think the table next to me literally walked out. They were done waiting and were like- “welp”. Gone. There were several of us just standing near the register for like 20 minutes in confusion and the staff just began ignoring us and walking around us.

Ive ordered like 6 plates, all of them quite mediocre regarding taste and quality. The place smells like fried oil, and the service is very impersonal. Wouldn’t come here nor recommend it again.

We ordered maybe 7 dishes to share between 3 people and enjoyed them all. I especially liked the pancake rolls and the dim sum. All of the dishes came with nice sauces and were quite flavorful. I just wouldn't recommend the iced coffee, it was incredibly sweet.

Really good Vietnamese place. A nice atmosphere, friendly staff. We went there for a birthday dinner, 7 people and ordered A LOT of food. Everything was so good, there was nothing we didn’t like. When I will be back in Germany, I will definitely come here again.

Loved this tapas restaurant. We went there for a light lunch and I appreciated all the different options. We ordered two different types of dumplings, tempura avocado, and egg/spring rolls. All were tasty. We sat outside since it was nice weather, but the inside of the restaurant looked lovely.

4 euro small plates! I had 3 plus rice and it was a perfect amount. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was Amazing!! Korean cheese corn dog was great, I have never seen a vegan one before. Fast service.
