Good food and atmosphere - Edit
Update…. I went for lunch in April 2023 and still found the food to be good although there wasn’t enough protein in the meal. In fact, most of the protein was in the yogurt dessert.

I went on a Saturday and the meal of the day was 15€. I chose the salad, main plate with patties made of chick peas and other ingredients. The meal came with a pitcher of water, warm breadbasket, a fruit juice and an apple crumble dessert. I was reluctant to go here at first because 15 euros is quite high for a budget traveler like myself. So I consider this a splurge for me but the place filled up by 2:15p so everyone else seems to be okay with the price. I thought the food was good although not extraordinary. I would definitely recommend it when in this part of Madrid.

Good lunch spot near to the Prado - Edit
If you're looking for a good place for a vegan-friendly lunch near the Prado, look no further! This is a great little place offering a constantly changing set lunch menu for €14.50 per person which includes a starter, a main course, a glass of wine/beer/soft drink and either dessert or coffee/tea. You can choose from three starters, two mains and two desserts - when we visited, everything on offer was vegan other than one of the desserts which was great! Everything we had was very good, especially the vegan meatballs. We arrived just before 2pm and it was pretty empty but by 3pm they were turning people away so try to arrive fairly early (by Spanish lunchtime standards) to avoid disappointment.

Really tasty, good value food in a chilled environment. Across the road from el museo del Prado, it is conveniently located. We had the menu del día, which I would recommend. The seitan stew was amazing!

Menu casero de calidad - Edit
Tienen menú del día no muy caro con varias opciones a elegir, con primero, segundo y postre. No tienen carta.

Whole food plant based restaurant - Edit
Amazing small vegan restaurant in Madrid. €16 day menu on a Sunday that included a starter, main, dessert and drink. Perfectly executed healthy vegan dishes (no processed products or meat alternatives). Locally sourced, ecological, whole foods only. Tasted divine too! Highly recommend for vegans and non vegans.

Wholesome Value - Edit
Serves three course meals with two options for primary, secondary, and desert plate—at least one of each is vegan. Vegetables are local and organic; meals change weekly depending on availability. For the amount of food you get, this is a great value. I eat a lot and I had leftovers. Very charming staff and convincing location—near Atocha and Prado.

Di qualità! - Edit
Ci tornerei volentieri 😊

More places like this is what we need! - Edit
Most of the food here is vegan and agroecological, which means that their offer is much more ethical than most restaurants of the city, since nearly all they use is vegan and from local producers, plus the food is so good and price quite reasonable. So happy to have discovered this place :)

Expensive for what you get - Edit
Serve only menus. Expensive, cause for 15 euros I got 2 soups (pumpkin puree and chickpea thick soup), apple crumble cake and a drink. Menu varies according to what they get from their local suppliers and what grows. So if it is winter, not too much to choose. The main issue though was that it was boring. Vegan places are usually exciting, because tastewise they have to be above average. This was just soup anyone can make.
