Vegan Cannonball Hits the Spot - Edit
Tried the Vegan Cannonball at Earl of Sandwich and was impressed. The meatballs were cooked perfectly and had great flavor, and the bread was fresh and crispy. Service was quick even though the place was busy. The only downside was that it could have used more sauce, as it was a bit dry, but it still tasted good. I’d definitely go back and order it again. Love that they are open 24 hours and offer vegan options.

Great vegan Meatballs sub! - Edit
For some reason, the vegan Meatballs option isn't listed on the main menu, but there are signs for it at the counter, and it's listed on the kiosk ordering option. I ordered through the kiosk, but I'm sure you can order it at the counter.
Read moreIt's about a 6" sub, on ciabatta bread, it's pretty much exactly what I was hoping for in a meatball sub; meatballs had good flavor, and the red sauce and mozzarella they use are both solid.
Also, probably the cheapest vegan meal on the strip; $16 (all said, including tax) for the sandwich, bag of chips and a fountain drink or bottle of water.
Service was very quick too, I'll be back for sure!

They’ve only got one vegan option and like everyone is saying it’s not on the menu but they’ll know what you mean once you ask for it. It was just ok, definitely not my favorite sandwich and wish they had more options.

This was a good option for me because it was quick. Vegan cannonball was not listed on the menu, but they had it when I asked. The sandwich tasted like something I could make at home, but cost $15.

This is a game changer as it finally offers a new take on an old classic for those like me that are plant-based. I ate two of these during my last trip as it was one of the filling, affordable food options on the Strip.
Love Earl's and I'm glad that I can continue to support them from my decade+ of Vegas visits.

Satisfying Meatball Sub Sandwich - Edit
The Vegan Cannonballs! Sandwich ($8.49) was a pleasant surprise. This hot sandwich is filled with Gardein Meatballs, Follow Your Heart vegan cheese and marinara sauce on toasted bread. They don’t skimp on the meatballs and the cheese was melty good. This is a great option if you are on The Strip with non-vegans, although I think they would be sold on this tasty sandwich.
