Nice enough! - Edit
It was really good to go to a place with so many different vegan options (all clearly marked!)
Read moreI had the bean pie which I didn’t like - I found it quite bland and dry, but the potato wedges were amazing! They had tons of options so it’s a must visit in Braşov just not for me 😀

Clearly labeled, delicious plant based georgian cuisine! - Edit
I went there with my boyfriend and I was happy with the variety of options I could choose from. All clearly labeled as well! The only issue I can find is that the food was a bit pricy... Although considering the fact that it's the only restaurant of its kind in Romania and that the prices are very similar to regular restaurants over here, I really can't complain. Overall, a very good experience! Staff was very friendly too!

Interesting Vegan Georgian Food - Edit
It was my first time trying Georgian food and its plant-based versions. It definitely has similarities with other countries’ dishes.
Read moreWe had a Christmas dinner with my husband’s family. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any dessert that was vegan at that time for me. So only the omni family get to taste their sweet treat. It was affordable as we only spent less than 1,000 RON for a family of 7 (inclusive of 2 bottles of red wine). Also? All vegan dishes were clearly labeled. #Veganuary

The vegan options are very clearly indicated and there is enough choice. Very friendly staff. The food is delicious! Good price, we paid less than 35 euros for 2 main courses, two side dishes and 3 drinks.

Best Food in Brasov! - Edit
Dze Best was a random encounter very close to our Airbnb, but we were super happy to have found it! The staff were super nice and seemed enthusiastic to tell us about Georgian food and drinks. Everything is clearly labeled on the menu and there are plenty vegan and vegetarian options to choose from. We had Aubergine with vegetable paste, Georgian pickles, hearty bean bread and mushroom dumplings. Everything was absolutely delicious! Portion sizes were also great and prices very adequate. The food was made fresh (the waiter informed us that the dumplings took 20-30 minutes to prepare, but we had a lot of food to cover until then). The establishment was modern and clean, seating was comfortable and there is a terrace with outside seating behind the restaurant. Overall, we highly recommend coming here for a great meal!

The best vegan and veggie food in Brasov - Edit
Went here with a vegetarian and a group of non veggies, and not a single one of us was disappointed.
Read moreI’ve never tried Georgian food before and now I wish I had this restaurant at home too.
Pictures show the potatoes and vegetables dish (that may sound boring but it was so perfect), the mushroom khinkali, and a crispy aubergine salad. Forgot to take a photo of the menu but these dishes are not exhaustive of all the many options.

Excellent vegan fare - Edit
Based on previous reviews, I ordered the badrijani and the mushroom dumplings. Both were as good as previously reported. My server was very friendly and helpful, but my food took a while even though the restaurant was nearly empty (probably quiet due to iffy weather), so don’t eat here when you’re in a rush. As you may know, Georgia is famous for its orange wine, so I was hoping to order a glass, but upon inquiring I learned that only a few of their listed wines are available by the glass, so I never got to the question of whether it’s vegan.

Really good dumplings - Edit
A decent option for vegans in Brasov. We ordered the mushroom dumplings, which came with a tasty sauce, and the badrijani. Both of these dishes were my favorite and I recommend to get if you come. We also got the Vanata cu ciuperci aubergine with mushrooms which I did not care for. It didn’t come close to being as tasty as the other two. We also got the lobiani which was filled is not vegan but can be made vegan without butter. It is filled with beans. This dish was bland and I do not recommend getting it. It would greatly benefit from seasoning or sauce when made vegan.

Yum! - Edit
Many vegan dishes in the dedicated vegan section on the menu (as well as some sides which aren’t listed as vegan but are). Delicious and well priced food. Very welcome change from your typical burger or falafel vegan options.

Delicious food - Edit
The menu had a vegetarian and vegan section at the back, which made it much easier to choose. The vegan options were mainly sides and starters but there was one main course option. I chose a couple of small dishes and the mushroom dumplings were really delicious.
