I absolutely LOVE Clementine Bakery, so I was happy to finally try out their ice cream. I tried a couple of samples, but wanted to grab what I thought was an ice cream bar. I got the pistachio flavor and was really excited. The bar was HARD. Once I ate some of the coating, I saw that it was (I think) an ice pop? My teeth are still aching.
Read moreI ended up going back in explaining what happened. I got a scoop of the gelato instead with some chocolate sauce and a few chocolate chips. They were kind enough not to charge me (I’m very thankful!), but even the gelato wasn’t amazing enough for me to want to come back here. I’ll stick with Clementine.

Right next to my favorite breakfast/brunch spot in BK (Clementine). Had both the soft serve as well as the hard ice cream. Both were epic and oh-so-fun to have both options at an all vegan ice cream shop. Cool space as well. Can’t wait to come back.

The newest addition to the Clementine/Izzy Rose/Petite Monstre empire, Dreamery is the vegan ice cream parlor you’ve always wanted! Their soft serve is self-serve which is weirdly fun (you pay by weight) and apparently lentil-based according to what one employee told me—totally delicious and needless to say nothing detectably legume-y about it at all! And then they also have regular ice cream by the scoop and various concoctions like sundaes and floats. Large outdoor seating area!

All vegan and so yummy! They have really good soft serve where you serve yourself so you can mix and match. Then toppings you can add which are also self serve like Marshmallows, chocolate chips, sprinkles, and much more. You can also add chocolate sauce and whipped cream. They also have yummy ice cream flavors and ice cream sandwiches. It’s such a cute store too with candies and donuts for sale. I can’t wait to go back! Super nice staff too💗

Fantastic desserts (chocolate covered soft serve!) - Edit
I went to Dreamery in Brooklyn - sister place to clementine’s bakery, Izzy Rose, and le petit monstre. I got a vanilla cup with a chocolate shell. It was fantastic. The way the place works is they have dispensers where you put the ice cream into a cup or cone and then you give it back to them and they put the topping on.
Read moreThey had several flavors, but I got vanilla. You can get mango or banana and strawberry or blueberry Soft serve. They also have various flavors of ice cream in tubs.
It looks a little messy in the picture, but that’s not them. That was how I put the ice cream in the cup.
I am thrilled.
