90% plant based - Edit
When I first came across this bakery by accident, I thought it's an all vegan place ("Aus Überzeugung backen wir vegan"). However, it turns out they also offer animal meat and cheese sandwiches. That said, 90% of their selection is plant based. The croissant didn't knock my socks off, but the tofu sandwich was super tasty.

Worth the Trip - Edit
We came on Saturday but they were closed after 1pm! So I went back yesterday, I tried the plain & hazelnut croissants with an oatmilk coffee. The server was lovely & helpful. The croissants were big, fluffy, tasty. I went back later to try the coconut pineapple cake & buy some more croissants to go plus a few other vegan pastries. Items are clearly labelled vegan, I will come here again. It's also very reasonably priced.

Amazing bakery with 95% vegan options. Vegan Croissants, chocolate Croissants, raisin buns, cakes, but also delicious vegan sandwiches in many varieties.
