I would 100% recommend

I accidentally found this restaurant and didn't have high expectations since it's not entirely vegan.

I decided to try the pinsa vegana topped with eggplants, cherry tomatoes, and caramelized onions, along with the vegan beetroot Carpaccio that was marinated in oregano and garnished with chickpea hummus and hazelnuts.

To my surprise, the food was fantastic, and I definitely suggest checking out this restaurant!
