Authentic, delicious & spicyyy - Edit
This restaurant just moved and the new place doesn't have signs, yet, be sure to go into Neckarstr. 92 and you'll meet the lovely ladies that run this place. The owner consulted me thoroughly on my order, as I chose too many sides with strong/spicy seasonings, she explained that she didn't want my mouth to go numb to all the other flavours, which I really appreciate. Had a vegan doshirak, which is a Korean set meal with rice and 3 side dishes (I even got 4), and it was soooooo good. Also the spicy food is no joke, I tried marinated chili leaves and they had it in them. I noticed they also have a lot of unique Korean (canned) drinks, teas and kimchi/pickled side dishes, such as ginseng tea, kohlrabi kimchi or spicy perilla leaves. All in all very very recommended, this won't be my last time here.

Super lecker und viele Optionen - Edit
Das Essen ist super lecker und es gibt viele vegane Optionen, die klar gelabelt sind. Die Preise sind fair, da die Portionen wirklich groß sind - wir hatten ein Bibimbap, eine Portion Mandus und eine Beilage Süßkartoffelnudeln, das war genug für zwei Personen und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Restaurant ist vor kurzem umgezogen und man kann jetzt auch dort sitzen und essen, aber es ist weiterhin vorrangig take away.

In Korea being vegan or even vegetarian isn't that established yet but luckily (and amazingly) the owner and cook of Do Shi Rak gets it nonetheless. She cooks addictive and authentic vegan versions of Korean street food and other well known Korean classics. And for the large portions, the prices are fair. If I was a millionaire I'd spend all my money here.

Hidden Gem in Stuttgart - Edit
A very small take-away with a shop included. Offers a lot of vegan choices which are all clearly labelled. Your order will take some time because everything is freshly made by the owner. The taste is great and portions more than generous. We can especially recommend the black bean noodles.

Sehr vertrauenswürdige, nette Frau, die sich dem Essen zu 100% widmet. Sie nimmt vegane/vegetarische Wünsche sehr ernst und prägt sich diese ein.

Anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber eigentlich eine tolle Einstellung: wenn sie gerade mit dem Kochen beschäftigt ist, nimmt sie nebenbei keine neue Bestellung an, um sich voll und ganz auf das aktuelle Essen konzentrieren zu können.
Ich würde 5 Sterne geben, was allerdings nur bei rein veganen und vegetarischen Restaurants möglich ist.

I really love the herbs an spices in the dishes. It`s so different to thai oder viet kitchen. Be sure, you love hot sauces. I just went for take away, so I can`t say something to the restauarant itself. The staff on the phone was really nice and helped me to find the right dish for me. Definitely would try again
