A „Must“ in Dresden! - Edit
We loved the concept. Many choices, delicious „Leberkäse Brötchen“ and „Bockwurst Brötchen“ with three choices of mustard/ketchup. Sadly they ran out of their „Schnitzel Brötchen“.

They had a lot of good looking salads, too. There is just one Table for eating outside, standing. More a takeaway Place - Just like a typical Butcher is like.

Very nice place, and I actually bought three different kinds of sausage and four different kinds of vegan camembert, as well as one gorgonzola slice. I recommend the vegan Fleischkäse-cuts!

Amazing selection and sweet staff - Edit
We went there an hour before closing time on a Friday so they didn't serve any of the cheap brötchen which we wanted to try as a tasting. Unfortunately! That's why only 4 stars.

We bought vegan gullash - they have two different ready-to-eat meals you just need to heat. Looking forward to tasting it!

Especially if someone wants to start or increase the consumption of plant based food: just give it a try and find your favourite snack.

They got all classical eastern german sausage & schnitzel items, including 'liver sausage paste', soljanka stew, minced meat, etc. Original taste. Friendly staff. In middle of alternative part of town. Close to tram stop. Around max. ten tram stops f/ central train station. No seats, no cash. They sell vegan wine, too.

No sausages and no cheese - a lot of flavor! - Edit
The shop is located in the cooler quater of Dresden😉it is easy to find, tram lines 7 and 13 for example bring you quite close (around 5 minutes food path left), just hop off at the stop Bischofsweg.
Read moreIt has a minimalist interior design, which mimics the kind off minimal ingredients used in all their artisanal (self- and hand-made) products - as the Happy Cow description says, everything is GMO-free and industrial-palm-oil-free, and the ingredient lists are quite short!
We tried the Schnitzelbrötchen (cotelett with remoulade and salad on a withe small bread) on the spot and where quite pleased, it had a really cotelett-like texture).
We also tried the seitan sausages (salami-style) and were really pleased with them.
Later at home I had some Teufelssalat and another salad that was mimicking raw meet - both were amazing and also my mom liked them a lot. The Gesülze "Sülze" gives me real nostalgia since we had it on Christmas for most of my childhood and I never came up with the idea to recreate a vegan version of it, tho it does not seem to be too tricky - to be enjoyed with remoulade (mayo with herbs) or fresh red onion, red wine vinegar and a neutral oil!
You can get a hand-made remoulade or aioli in the shop as well.
