Hail Seitan - Edit
Order next door at No Fun Bar for $1 off. Just remind them, or they'll charge you regular price. There's only one vegan option, but it's pretty damn good. Their house made seitan is perfect. The sandwich is a nice, saucy mess, which I like. The edges are nice and crispy, too. I love their sandwich. I've only ever ordered from the bar (only a plastic drape seperates them,) so with that said, the bartenders have always been some of the rudest people I've encountered, sadly. I assume ordering from the actual building next door is better. So, I guess if saving a dollar is worth being rude to, then go for it lol.

Satan's Sandwiches - Edit
The No. 7 (the only vegan sandwich) includes grilled house seitan, sesame slaw, and chile-garlic BBQ sauce. I liked the seitan and the roll, but not the sauce or the secret cilantro.
