Loved Dicke Schmidt - Edit
The meat (soy and seitan) is good, but what makes this vDöner special is the crispy bread (Dicker Schmidt) and the delicious and creamy sauces that they generously put on top. My favorite combination is soy meat with extra white cabbage and tzaziki. Of course only if your love onions and garlic. ;)

Sehr nicer Veganer Döner - Edit
Der Dicke Schmidt war mehr oder weniger mein Einstieg in die Veganer Restaurantwelt, und die Qualität ist auch immer noch genauso gut wie bei meinem ersten Besuch. Leider ist der Preis ein bisschen in die Höhe gegangen. Auch, das die zweite, bzw eigentlich die erste location zugemacht hat, fand ich nicht so schlimm, da ich den "Neustadtschmidt" seid seiner Eröffnung sowieso mehr gemocht habe.

The whole filling could have used some salt & spices.
Couldn't make out the sauce/dressing in mine.
Pros: big portions, served hot, a lot of possible combinations
Cons: no seasoning/spices (a little bland), missing sauce?

I really loved the food here. There are lots of customisation options, with a range of available sauces, toppings, fillings, etc. I went with a seitan filling and a garlic pesto topping, and did not regret it.
