Creative cross-over with seasonal & regional vegetables

The Forschungskantine always comes up with surprising and creative recipes, made from seasonal vegetables. The staff is absolutely dedicated to climate-protecting food and they know how to prepare it in a delicious way. It is absolutely worth going there! As the menu is limited, check it out before! Sometimes you can eat meals that you find nowhere else in Kassel, such as Kimchi risotto.

Pros: Bio food, regional, seasonal, freshly cooked, creative recipes, nice interior

Cons: there are days with soup as only vegan option, Mo-Fr only open till 3 pm
