I just love this concept. Bread from the day before is STILL delicious so why throwing it? This bakery found a solution, they sell these at a discounted price. And since they work with Land & Monkeys (100% vegan bakery), you will find every day a vegan option in terms of sweet or salty items. Today for instance they had their vegan kouglof and vegan babka. The staff is super friendly.
