Good food here

This place is really busy so be sure to get here before 1:00 p.m. or after 1:45 to get a seat quickly. I came here for lunch in June 2023 and currently the meal of the day costs 12 soles. I had a mixed salad with avocado, and the main plate which included whole grain rice, salad, a piece of mock meat, and pallares (similar to lima beans). The meal also came with a simple drink and a simple fruit dessert. I thought the food was good, especially considering the price. There is one waiter for the entire place but service was surprisingly fast.

Update June 2025: still open and the economical meal of the day remains at 12 soles, although they have a more elaborate meal of the day for 15 soles.

permanently closed?

on a thursday at 1.30pm i found the place closed. a neighbor told me that it closed down, but i am not sure if she meant permanently.
