Good vegan options - Edit
Not sure if they have vegan food for lunch, but they have three vegan dishes on the dinner menu labelled as 'vegan souldfood'. A burger with avocado halves as a 'bun', fried burritos or satay. We tried the first two, both were quite tasty, and not something you see everywhere! Could use a touch more salt maybe, but I though it was pretty good.
Read moreIt's a bar, so you order at the bar and they bring the food to your table. I think it took about ten minutes even though it was quite busy, so it was pretty fast and smooth!
Prices are a bit on the higher side for bar food, but then again you get something original and tasty. Would go eat here again.
Update: they now do Asian food, you have to ask to veganize it. Huge portions and very tasty.

De vegan kroket is overheerlijk. De prijs is maar €6,50 dus dat is erg fijn, maar het is daardoor ook niet erg vullend. We moesten zelf aan de bar eten en drankjes bestellen. Koffie was lauw, het was ook wel erg druk en er was weinig personeel dus daardoor liep het niet zo soepel. De kroket zelf vond ik echt anders dan bij andere restaurants dus dat was erg leuk. Ik geloof dat er verder maar één andere vegan optie was, het zou leuk zijn als dit nog wordt uitgebreid.

There were enough vegan options! I ordered the vegan ‘kroket’ burger with fries and vegan mayonaise. It’s a nice location and the food is good. But unfortunately it took very long before one of the employees asked what we’d like to order. Also expensive for the amount of food.

I was surprised to see so many vegan options! We went for a snack plate with avocado wedges, onion rings, vegan croquettes and egg rolls. They also serve a lot of tasty beers!

Has a lot of vegan options and the portions are large. Recommend the vegan saté bowl, it was delicious. My partner had the fake “chicken” taco’s, and he also loved it! Be sure to be there early (17:30) or book a table, because it was crowded. Tip: it’s great to sit on the “second floor” inside, it feels less crowded and you have a nice view. On the friday evening there was live music around 20:00.

I had the soft buns (you get three) and my brother had the satay bowl (which was very decently sized!). Both were good. We sat outside on the Grote Markt on a warm evening and the atmosphere was great. Apparently the restaurant next to it (september) has the same owner and you can also sit and order from their tables, so there is more space than there seems to be. Overall, I would say this was great pub food.

Het is geen volledig veganistisch restaurant, maar hun vegan gerechten zijn erg lekker. Op de kaart staat nu vegan saté en ramen. Saté is erg aan te raden. Ook de Vega's en omnis kunnen hier lekker eten. Leuke plek om naartoe te gaan met een gemengd gezelschap, voor ieder wat wils.

Delicious pub food - Edit
This is a good place to enjoy some high quality pub food as a vegan. They serve meat, but the majority of their dishes is veg(an). I went here with my non-veg parents, but they also thoroughly enjoyed the vegan chicken sateh and the vegan lemon cheesecake (must try!). The vegan ramen bowl was also very tasty and original. I would come back!

If you're vegan and like beer, this is perfect for you. They have several vegan options which is nice. We had the burrito and the satay. The satay was really amazing that I would like to eat again. The atmosphere of the bar is very nice with good music and they have good beer.
