An exceptional meal in Paris! - Edit
Though there are a small amount of OPTIONAL fish and less occasionally a bit of meat, the heart, spirit and SOUL of this exceptional restaurant is to vegetarian/ veganism; and regenerative, local agriculture and caring for our planet. There is beauty, care, thoughtfulness and creativity put into every detail to create an extraordinary dining experience. They claim to have 7 courses but it’s more like 13 with 3 appetizers; ; 3 desserts; amazing bread….the roux keeps coming
