Good vegan Tarte Flambée, non vegan fondue bit of a let down - Edit
Went here on our way back from my grandparents. Absolutely lovely restaurant, very cozily decorated and super friendly staff. The vegan Tarte Flambée was good, dough could’ve been a bit thinner and crispier but overall really hit the spot! Def recommend. My family however had the classic fondue and it was almost inedible due to the amount of alcohol added. It was advised there was some alcohol mixed in it, however, they said you couldn’t really taste the cheese at all over the amount of alcoholic taste. My sister ended up eating half of my Tarte Flambée. Service was also rather slow for how quiet it was. Overall probably won’t return unless it’s with vegan friends for the Tarte Flambée (but mainly if it was on the way, wouldn’t go out of my way to go again)

Super charmantes Hotel Restaurant mit idyllischer Terrasse. Essen ist einzigartig gut in der Gegend und vegetarische und vegane Gerichte werden ordentlich gekennzeichnet :)

Modernes Konzept in altem Hotel - Edit
Etwas versteckt, am Ortsausgang von Hornberg befindet sich das Hotel Schondelgrund, das seit diesem Jahr als Pop-up Hotel umgestaltet und neu eröffnet wurde. Das Restaurant ist in völlig unterschiedlich eingerichtete Bereiche aufgeteilt, unter anderem Seppls Salon und Ernas Deli. Letzteres befindet sich in einem schönen Wintergarten mit Zugang zur Terrasse.
Read moreAuf den separaten Speisekarten findet man eine kleine Auswahl an veganen Optionen, unter anderem Flammkuchen mit veganem Speck und veganem Käse – sehr lecker! Den Kaffee bekommt man auch mit Hafermilch.
Man merkt an einigen Stellen, dass der Umbau noch im Gange ist – die Kombination aus rustikal und modern hat aber schon jetzt einen einzigartigen Charme.
