Good

Wasn’t blown away by either of the pies I tried. I’m interested in trying more and may adjust my rating accordingly. The spicy vegan Thai was spicy and the flavor was good. The strawberry Robert was very tart almost sour. Would be fantastic with ice cream but needs something sweet for balance.

BEST Pies

Dangerously Delicious is quite literally dangerous. I think I could live the rest of my life eating only their pies. Vegetarian pies are usually not hard to come by, but their vegan options always impress me! I would definitely recommend this place to any vegan or vegetarian with a sweet tooth or any fan of rich foods.

Pros: vegan options, vegetarian options, SMELLS GALORE

Pie

They have a couple Of vegan sweet and savory options though I have had a couple instances where I had to get a refund because the pie wasn’t cooked all the way. Love that they have options and they have a great little place with delicious coffee.

Pros: Vegan options, Great coffee, Great locations

Cons: Only a few vegan options

A couple of good vegan options

Dropped in for dinner on a Friday night and were glad to find that they had three savory vegan options (Thai, Chili and Ratatouille) as well as three sweet options (cherry, blueberry and mixed berry). Both the savory and the sweet options were quite tasty. Will being my bamboo cutlery with me next time as they use plastic cutlery.

decently delicious but just two vegan pies

Any pie filling could easily be made with vegan food. Hope they decide to offer more vegan versions soon.

Just Okay

Dangerously delicious gets a lot of hype. I've had maybe one pie that blew me away (Thai something or other), the rest have been blah. They don't always have a vegan savory option either, so it's hard to just show up for dinner unless you want a sweet pie.

yum!

Wow! Options for vegans, both savory and sweet. I was really excited to make it over to this place. The staff was really attentive and friendly. I had to ask which of the pies were vegan (not all of the savory pies were marked as to their status; I don't think I saw any of the sweet pies marked). However, they quickly pointed out what my options were. There were 3 vegan pies to choose from (3 savory/3 sweet). The pies were delicious and very filling! I was so excited about all of the options that I tried 2 of both (savory/sweet). Needless to say, I was only able to eat one but did manage to taste the others before saving them for later. The portions are more than generous here, too.

Pros: vegan options, friendly staff, generous portions

Delicious sweet and savory vegan pies!

Dangerously Delicious Pies off O'Donnell Square is in fact very delicious and as a bonus, very vegan friendly. I went for the date night special which comes with 2 savory pie slices (vegan options are labelled), 2 sides (coleslaw or side salad), 2 dessert pie slices (vegan options are not labelled, so inquire. I think all fruit pies that don't have crumb on top are vegan) and 2 bottled drinks for $22. It was a great deal. The ratatouille pie is really flavorful and has a nice mix of veggies with a perfectly flakey crust. The strawberry rhubarb pie was the star of the show...I never had that flavor before and it was smooth and sweet. And it was served warm...Yummy! The restaurant is spacious, the staff are friendly, and the tunes are poppin'.

Pros: Excellent food, Date Night Special
