Lovely restaurant, on the pricey side but reflected in the quality of the food, service, location and setting. Everything was really tasty, would return to try more options. Courses were served with bread on the side which was nice.

Excelente variedad de platillos. Todo 100% a base de plantas. El postre tipo snickers es lo mejor que he probado en mucho tiempo. Altamente recomendable, su otro restaurante por Republique dicen que ofrece otros platillos y es cocina abierta. Quiero probarlo.

Their concept is sharing! And this is what we loved because we always share to get the most taste-experiences.

Good food and vibe - Edit
We had the flatbread pastrami and the club sandwich (weekly dish), along with the pear pavlova and an apple crumble (weekly dessert).
Read moreWe also got non-alcoholic cocktails.
Everything we had was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the flatbread and the pavlova.
Cocktails were also original and quite different from the standard "mocktails" you can get around.
Note that during weekdays they offer a lunch set, which is a good bargain I think.
The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was friendly and attentive.
If you hesitate between their other restaurant at Paris 9 and this one, choose this one!
As for me, I'll certainly come back!
Pros: yummy, nice mocktails, friendly staff

Elevated Vegan Dinner! - Edit
Daimant Saint Honoré, located in Paris' 1st Arrondissement, is definitely our first choice for an elevated vegan dinner anytime we’re in the City of Lights. The vegan Breton Seaweed Caviar Special Reserve is 100% a slam dunk starter. We also love the Eggplant Ribbons with Tangy Apricot sauce and the Large Radish Carpaccio with Tangy Umami Sauce. Their oh-so-French Croquettes Cochonnes simply can’t be beat. For a meatier vegan experience, we also order the Fire-Glazed Mushroom Skewers with Signature Jus — so rich and complex!!! Finishing off the gorgeous and elegant meal, we adore the Snickerz Daimant and the Cookie-to-Share with Black Raspberry Sauce. Daimant Saint Honoré definitely offers inventive vegan cuisine honoring the fresh, seasonal vegetables and fruits of France while giving a vegan twist to authentic French cuisine. We’ll be back again and again. Á bientôt, Daimant Saint Honoré!!!!

Very mediocre, don't get the hype! - Edit
We pre-booked this restaurant after seeing such good reviews online and I had super high hopes for a 'fine' dining experience, unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. 😢 The food was very underwhelming, we ordered 'fire glazed' oyster mushroom skewers, Potato millefeuille with choron sauce (they never brought us the sauce!) and croquettes cochonnes, everything came at different times and there wasn't anything that I couldn't make at home. The service wasn't very attentive either, missing sauce, no water on table, nobody asking if we required anything. We left hungry and £70 lighter (3 plates, 2 drinks and some bread) 🥲 They also had several pictures of cartoon 'meat' dishes on the wall, which felt the restaurant was just trying to capitalise on veganism.

This is luxury! - Edit
Had the most incredible plant based whole foods meal here! I was in absolute heaven. I would come back time and time again if I lived in Paris! The whole roasted cauliflower came with a creamy béchamel sauce and an extra spicy nut sauce. Highly recommended that dish! As well as the mushroom skewers! It came with a luxurious jus! I dream of food like this. Don’t skip this place!

Nice French tapas - Edit
I’ve been twice in the span of just over a week: once for Sunday brunch and another for Tuesday dinner.
Read moreSun brunch: lovely service and wonderful food! The NA cocktails were a nice touch. My friend and I had to pause after tasting each course to have a moment of gratitude. We both really want to try to recreate the broccoli guacamole at home. The mushroom skewers were hearty and chock full of umami. The millefeuille was perfect. And the special brunch croissant sandwich was delectable. I couldn’t wait to return.
Tue dinner: I’m a bit confused about their open all-day policy since we were (a bit rudely) told we had to sit outside without any basic service until 7pm when we arrived at 6:30pm. There didn’t appear to be any outdoor heaters on, which bothered my elderly parents. Thankfully, they did seat us punctually upon officially opening for dinner service. We got the seaweed caviar, croquettes, millefeuille, and zucchini. For some reason, the millefeuille wasn’t as good (i.e., crispy) as the first time around, and I wasn’t sure why the croquettes would be their best seller. But we did enjoy the caviar, which came in a gorgeously designed tin and was accompanied by some fancy-looking tater tots. The way they prepared the zucchini reminded me of fish, which was surprising. I also liked the NA version of their signature cocktail and its companion shot of NA Champagne.
Overall, great dining experience if you don’t run into grumpy servers. Would be nice to have some more menu options, too!

best vegan meal - Edit
This is one of the best vegan meals we have ever had. We were a little nervous about coming because we were traveling with our five kids aged 13-5. We should not have worried! We were seated at a nice table on the patio and the servers were so amazing with the kids. We felt very comfortable. The cocktails and mocktails were delicious. We ordered a bunch of different dishes and they were all delicious. The vegan caviar is a must! The presentation and taste were really unique. The radish carpaccio was also delicious. The kids really enjoyed the broccoli guacamole.

The place is really elegant and located very close to some of the main stations. Every plate is vegan and it's very tasteful. Surely it aligns with the high prices of restaurants in Paris, but the expense is really worth. Absolutely reccomended

10 out of 5 - Edit
Incredible experience, 10 out of 5 — everything from the ambience to the staff to the menu. Hugo took care of us and curated the perfect meal, from starters to desserts. Such a thoughtful and attentive server who truly knew the menu and cared about the food! This place is on par with the best plant-based restaurants in the world. The flavors, the textures, the thoughtful choices in every single detail of the food came through beautifully. A true work of art! I can’t wait to go back!

Read moreThe meal was a masterpiece! I travel the world for work and am always looking for quality restaurants to try. Tonight was one of the best meals I have ever had. Daimant St/Honore is far better than any 3 Michelin star establishment I have frequented. Our server Hugo was incredibly knowledgeable of the menu, so we took all of the recommendations offered and had a brilliant dining experience. Every dish had a complex yet perfect blend of flavors. I would come back to Paris just to eat here again!
