Tapas style, yum

We loved so many dishes here, I took a group of non-vegan nay-sayers who all came out of the experience happy!

Pros: Vegan caviar, Miso courgette, Polenta

Best vegan haute cuisine in Paris

The dishes are designed to be shared, not the portions are quite large. 2 plates per person should be more than enough, unless you're really starving and normally eat a lot.
The restaurant is expensive but with every penny.

Best culinary experience in Paris on very classy and chic place

2025-06-03 Daimant Saint Honoré, Paris
Opened at the end of March 2025, this is Daimant and co's second 100% plant-based brasserie.
The first thing you notice is the setting of a fine Parisian brasserie, with dishes revisited in a plant-based version.
The red color contrasts with their first restaurant, Faubourg Daimant in Faubourg Saint Honoré.
Some dishes are different, especially in the rotisserie section.

For starters, I tried the famous “croquettes cochonnes”, “homemade stuffing with mushrooms and smoked soybean paste, delicate jelly, fine crispy breading and bound ravigote sauce, herbs”, a delight for the taste buds.
I tasted the Caserecce dish with the previous day's grilled meats: “The Sunday dish every day: pasta browned in the bottom of the dish, fat juice from the previous day's grilled meats lightly tomatoey, shredded vegetables and mushrooms, garlic in a shirt”, well-flavored pasta, well reworked with taste!
And the dish “FIRE LAKED BROCHETTE AND PILAF with a juicy skewer of sliced thistle ear mushrooms, grey oyster mushrooms and shitakés, lacquered in an intense marinade then grilled, coriander seeds and herbed rice pilaf.”
I don't like mushrooms, but here, when cooked well, the mushroom is meltingly delicious.

For dessert, I opted for the only dessert of its kind at this venue, the chocolate mousse bar!
A large tray arrives to choose from a bowl which type of mousse you'd like, “milky and comforting, grand cru Colombia, white chocolate and buckwheat-hazelnut praline”.
I took the 3 tastes and the white chocolate flavor and the grand cru was exquisite.

It's also worth noting that the staff listen to customers with a smile and know perfectly well the dishes for people with allergies to soy, chickpeas... for example.
I was very well served in this idyllic Parisian bistro setting.

This restaurant offers a very classy and chic setting for a culinary experience, and is the perfect place to discover the “powers” of vega dishes!

Its truly a little bit pricy but its not overpriced at all. The food is reaally good and tasty. Love to see a restaraunt like this with such a high quality, atmosphere and location which is fully vegan.

Pros: Location and atmosphere, Taste, Service

Cons: Pricy for people who don't have a big budget

Delicious and creative dishes!

Our visit to DSH was a wonderful experience! The restaurant itself is lovely with a stylish, fancy decor and classy ambience. Our waiter Hugo was also amazing making us feel welcome and special right from the start and guiding us through our meal with recommendations and explanations of the different dishes. He never made us feel rushed, delivered all of our dishes at the perfect time (just as we were finishing our previous one) and was a big part of why the experience was so special!

And the food itself was excellent!
On Hugo's recommendation we went for two dishes from the “for the table” section, two from "off the grill", one from "light and fresh" and one from "classics" to share between the two of us.

Our first round of food that came out was Cafe De Paris Butter (with complimentary bread), ‘Crudités, Duo Of Creamy Dips’ and Les Croquettes Cochonnes. The bread was soft and went really nicely with the butter, which was actually quite spicy. The crudités were fresh and flavoursome, and came with two very tasty dips. The croquettes were crispy and kind of melted in the mouth. They were delicious!

Next came the Fresh Potatoes With A Trio Of Sauces which again was really delicious with a blend of flavours, lovely crunchy galette and perfectly cooked potatoes. Hugo explained that this was brought next as it was the last of the lighter dishes before we had our richer “off the grill" ones.

Next came the Casarecce Pasta With BBQ Leftovers. Hugo explained that he would bring our rice dish afterwards as he felt the pasta and rice wouldn't go well together but would be better one after the other. I felt this was an impressive attention to detail and thoughtfulness that helped elevate our dinner experience. The pasta was really tasty! It was smokey and rich and I really enjoyed it!

Next came the Glazed And Fired-Up Skewer With Pilaf. It looked really good and tasted amazing! The mushrooms were tender and again rich and smoky, really excellent!

To finish off we went for the Chocolate Mousse Bar which involved Hugo bringing us a tray with dishes containing three different mousses (Milky and comforting, Grand Cru Colombia & White chocolate with buckwheat-hazelnut praliné) which he talked us through and then served based on our preference (we went for some of all three). All three flavours were delicious with great textures! My favourite was Milky And Comforting but they were all great! (Continued in the comments…)

Pros: Delicious food, Stylish restaurant, Hugo our waiter was amazing

(Continued from review…) The buckwheat hazelnut praliné that came with the white chocolate one was also fantastic!

I also had a Le Saint-Honoré signature cocktail which was tasty and strong, and my wife had a glass of white wine which she said was her favourite of our trip.

All in all our visit here was a fantastic experience from start to finish with delicious food and expert guidance and service by our waiter Hugo!

Amazing experience

Loooooved it! We tried different dishes, my favorite was the grilled mushrooms (and I don't like mushrooms usually). Everything tasted delicious! It is expensive but totally worth it. The staff is very friendly.
The restaurant looks like any normal brasserie in France which is really refreshing.

I didn't like the white chocolate mousse with sarasin, but it's my bad for choosing something this extreme.

10/10

After trying Faubourg Daimant I was excited to go to their second location. The space & decoration of this place is just fabulous. The service was excellent, super nice waiters. Everything we ordered was delicious. Prices are not that expensive: it’s Paris, it’s an expensive neighborhood, this is what you pay for quality. Cannot wait to come back. Still dreaming of that mushroom skewer…

MUST GO--fabulous

This is just a wonderful vegan restaurant, we had so much fun and were treated so well, the food was so good, and presented beautifully.
First, I know I sound like a cretin, but once upon a time my former self actually ate caviar, we are talking more than 20 years ago but I have not obviously eaten it since becoming vegetarian and then strict vegan... until here. There is a vegan seaweed caviar that is amazing here, it is served with "sour cream", potato latkes, and crusty bread. My husband, who has never eaten caviar loved it as well.
It has a warm atmosphere inside and both outside and inside seating, you choose shareable dishes which are surprisingly reasonable, I would say between 13 and €19.
We went a little crazy but you could probably do maybe four or five dishes total, they serve special drinks and wine as well.
definitely get the croquettes, we got the zucchini as well. It was a really fabulous evening, the wait staff is also very kind and attentive.

Delicious shared plates

Great new restaurant - interesting menu, friendly staff. My friend has a nut allergy and they were very helpful. We shared the courgette, polenta, gratin potatoes, and cookie for dessert. Presentation was lovely but I forgot to take photos of most dishes!

We arrived at 7:30 on a weeknight without a reservation, but were immediately given a table.

Exceptional high-end shared dining

This was amazing. Unfortunately we forgot to take pictures, but we were simply enjoying the food too much! A very creative menu, where vegetables shine with a variety of combinations possible, as you’re suggested to order 2-3 dishes per person, which are intended for sharing. The flavors were incredible and unique, a must order is the grilled mushroom kebab and the grilled zucchini! A must-visit in Paris!

Amazing Parisian experience

First time I experience a true feeling of a restaurant parisienne which is also vegan. The ambiance is FRENCH while other vegan restaurants tend to look distinguish themselves in white and green. Lovely with a formal restaurant experience with thought put into a proper menu.

Service was great and so was the food and wine! Did not get pics of all dishes unfortunately. Everything tasted really great, although they seemed to like adding mustard to most dishes.

Highly recommend and will definitely go back another time!

Pros: Tasty food, Great service, Ambiance

Some of the best food I’ve ever had!

Everything was incredible, the staff, the atmosphere, but most of all the food was delicious! With complex flavors and amazing presentation, I wouldn’t be surprised if this place gets a Michelin star.

Pros: Food - it’s incredible. So tasty!, Staff - friendly and helpful , Atmosphere - candlelit with great music

Cons: None! It is brand new, though.
