Vegan dogs on the strip.! - Edit
This little stand is located right in the heart of Hillcrest where most of the bars and clubs are. Most of the options can be vegan, and he's usually open when the street is flooded with party people. I had the Chicago-style vegan dog, which was pretty good. It's run completely by the owner, and there's a disclaimer that his hours are "flexible!"
