Ik had een flat white (met havermelk) en een kaneelbroodje. De koffie was erg lekker! Het kaneelbroodje vond ik ook erg lekker. Heerlijk fluffy en met een goede kaneelvulling en glazuurlaag. Mijn ervaring komt dus niet overeen met die van een andere reviewer. Ik ga hier zeker nog eens terugkomen om de andere gebakjes te proeven. De bediening is vriendelijk. 4 sterren omdat de tafelindeling wat rommelig is en het niet heel sfeervol is binnen. Mijn tafeltje was ook erg wiebelig.

Read morePs: after reading the reviews I have tried an extra pistachio pastry. It was better than the cinnamon bun but not spectacular in taste. I am really a vegan pastry and patisserie enthousiast and nevertheless I recommend to try one of the pastries here. Vegan options should be promoted. This way they’ll have the time and maturity to become better.

I went to Crave Coffee at about 11am on a Friday morning, it wasn't too busy. There was a selection of pastries and cheesecake slices to choose from, and both indoor and outdoor seating. I sat outside with an oat flat white and a delicious pistachio cruffin.

Wezen eten met mijn vriend. Was wel erg druk op een zaterdag middag maar het is ook niet super groot. Snelle en erg vriendelijke bediening en heerlijk eten. Wij komen zeker terug.

Read moreWe arrived right at opening time, but unfortunately there was only a very limited selection available, as most items were still in the oven. It would have been helpful if the staff had let us know that the fresh pastries weren’t ready yet and would take a while.
We ended up having a croissant from i think the day before, which was quite unpleasant—it was greasy and heavy. About 30 minutes after opening, the fresh baked goods finally started coming out.
I then tried a pastry called the Kimcheez Roll, which was tasty but also extremely oily.

The Rotterdam version of SaintJean - Edit
Maybe it's unfair to compare them, but if you only know Saint-Jean in Amsterdam, it's that but in Rotterdam. They're not affiliated, but both serve glorious pastries and cruffins. Nuff said right? And this one doesn't have a waiting line of a lot. My new favourite bakery!

I think a lot of places have difficulties balancing the fattiness of the cruffin dough with the filling inside, but this place was amazing at it! We also tried their buns and they were moist and delightful!

extremely happy that this spot exist! a real heaven for vegans in rotterdam. there are no many places like this in rotterdam. before discovering it, would only have chance to try those goodies in ams. when planning to visit, be careful as it might be very crowded and busy on weekends (ofc being a good sign hahah, but sometimes you have to wait for a seat. do not be discouraged by the waiting time, trust me it will be worth it).

Delicious vegan pastry! - Edit
I came for the pistachio cruffin but they were sold out (it was near closing time so my bad). Instead I bought their blueberry danish and a spinach and 'feta' pastry they were just trying out. Both were very good! The texture and taste of the dough is amazing and very satisfying! Next time I will definitely visit sooner and try some more of their pastries! Very friendly service as well :)

Love it here 😍 For me, it's more a Café than a bakery, but what's important is that they offer such delicous sweets! They have the famous pistachio cruffin and other delicous treats. Also drinks like a chai with oat milk. Very friendly staff.

We had breakfast here with 3 non-vegans and everyone agreed that although pricey totally worth it! I had the pistachio croissant and cruffin. Very delicious, very filling. Would go back for more!
