It's a nice restaurant with tasty burgers and a good vibe. Nothing too fancy, but both times we were there we had a good meal. Ordering is quick and easy via a QR code, but you can also go to the staff and order directly from them. The only thing we didn't really like were the fries, which are very thin and tbh a bit annoying to eat.

Amazing sandwich - Edit
Service was fast, and there were many options I am looking forward to trying. I had the Power Sandwich, with shiitake, which was really good, the sauces on there (ratatouille and bearnaise) were well-made and added a lot to the sandwich. Will definitely return, it’s a lovely lunchroom!

We had the signature burger and the poke bowl, with fries and nuggets. The burger was smaller than expected with generic bread. The poke bowl was also nothing special. We had to send the fries back, and got freshly made ones, which were better. I guess they're healthy somehow, because they don't appear to be deep fried. The nuggets were as expected

Really an asset in the field of vegetarian/vegan food in Utrecht city. From now on we will go to the Copper Branch for a lunch or snack when we are in Utrecht.

There were many vegan options in Utrecht, but we decided to test Cooper Branch and it was definitely the right choice. We ordered two burger menus with fries and beverages. Everything was very tasty and delicious. So while our baby was playing with the toys offered there and the rain outside we decided to stay for some vegan cake and coffee and of course the very sympathic staff. No surprise that also the cake was delicious. You can have many Coffee variations with many different plant milks...oat, coconut, soy, almond.

Nice mix of comfort and health food, some organic ingredients, all day breakfast and burgers. Coffee mediocre. Might still come back. Had breakfast burgers and fries with glutenfree cheesecake. Since my daughter is glutenfree we cant often have a bun.

The bowl copper branch is marked as a best seller on the menu. With rice, mushrooms, coleslaw, broccoli and avocado, topped with tao sauce. It's good in content, but I don't like tao sauce, it's heavy for me.
They interpreted falafel very well, different from the falafels we know. The spice taste in it was reduced, pumpkin seeds were added, it was great 🤌🏻
Baked carrots and potato chips were also nice, served with vegan mayonnaise.
You should definitely go!

When I went here last year and got the shiitake wrap, it was absolutely delicious. My mom loves this spot as well. But when I visited again the food was very underwhelming. I got the blue burger and onion rings, and the only things I liked were the bun and the sauce that came with the onion rings. The onion rings themselves I couldn’t even finish. If you want to be sure of a good meal there are definitely more consistent restaurants in Utrecht.

Ik heb hier gegeten nadat de eigenaresse samples uitdeelde op straat waar ik meteen enthousiast over was. Het eten was echt zo ontzettend lekker! Ik heb er sinds ik er gegeten heb iedere dag aan gedacht hoe lekker het was en hoe graag ik terug wil, dus dat is een goed teken hahah. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en toen de eigenaresse ons herkende van het uitdelen op straat kwam ze ook een praatje maken. Je kunt merken dat ze echt passie heeft voor het bedrijf. Ook heerst er een hele gezellige huiskamer sfeer. Overall 10/10. Echt een ontzettende aanrader:)

Omdat ik de vorige keer zo enthousiast was over het eten hier, besloot in vandaag eindelijk weer terug te gaan. Ik verbaasde me er over hoe snel het eten er was. Nog geen 5 min nadat ik was gaan zitten stond er een bord eten voor mijn neus. Ik begon aan de friet en de friet was enorm zompig, waardoor het me duidelijk werd waarom het eten er zo snel was. Ik heb het vermoeden dat het eten al langer stond, helaas. De burger was even goed enorm zompig. De friet van de normale aardappel was op de een of andere manier enorm zoet. Ik had doordat ik de vorige keer zo enthousiast was vrij hoge verwachtingen en eigenlijk was het deze keer behoorlijk tegengevallen. Normaal ben ik niet iemand die iets zegt als het eten niet op en top is, maar ik heb toch gevraagd of ze de friet opnieuw wilde bakken en dat maakte het wel iets beter, maar ik denk niet dat ik nog eens terug zou gaan.

I heard a lot of good thing about this place, but when I visited it myself I was very disappointed. I had the Signature burger and mixed fries. The burger was very tasteless and the fries were undercooked so i didn't eat them. Definitely not worth the €17,40 I've paid for it.

First off, I'm a fan of Copper Branch, but today just didn't hit the mark. The fries were very limp, the hamburger buns fell apart easily and my mom had to ask for sugar for her tea. We were also out of napkins, and I had to take some from another table. The food itself was very nice, I enjoyed my burger and the carrot cake is very good. I'm also very glad it's all vegan, and in an easily accessible part of Utrecht, but I guess I just expected more for the price I paid.
