Fully vegan restaurant for every occasion. The blue cheese burger and kabab were amazing. For someone who is trying to include more protein into their diet, the protein count on the menu was rather helpful. Didn’t know this was a franchise, which is actually quite cool. The staff was super friendly, the free Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and the interior was stylish and welcoming. And the cherry on top? Oatly Matcha ice cream, OMG, so good!
This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Highly recommended!

Why naming the tofu (we don't even know what it is) 'redefined meat', or 'planted chicken', since that's not chicken? Or their false cheese 'kaas'? False cheese is not cheese, false meat is not meat. It would be better if using other names for true vegetal ingredients. I just want vegetarian meals with no references to meat... There is a good choice but some industrial or insane products too (pastries, croissants, fried things). So I took the tempeh bowl, which is good, and it's the only bowl without the name 'planted chicken'. The appeltaart is a good choice too.

The reason why we use the name Re-define meat and Planted chicken is simply because these are the brand names of the products we use, just like Beyond burger or Vegetarian butcher.
Our goal is to introduce as many people as possible to delicious plant-based food. Therefore, it is also important to make the description recognizable, especially for people who are new and experimenting with vegan food. (A soy burger or pea protein burger doesn't sound delicious either).
In addition to the Indonesian bowl, we also have the Aztec bowl without Planted and starting this week there will also be a Pokebowl on the menu without meat/fish substitutes! (Recommended)
Nice to hear that the apple pie tasted great! Like the apple pie, our pastries are homemade and definitely not from a factory. In addition, we do not have fried products but exclusively use airfryers to use as little fat as possible.
True, not everything on the menu is healthy but the options are plentiful. Everything is 100% plant-based, we only use airfryers, add less salt, sugar and fats.
I hope this gives you a better picture of our restaurant and how we operate! We invite you to come taste the Pokebowl at our expense. I would love to hear when!

We were very impressed by the ‘Grazie Mille burger’. It was incredibly tasty. We had expected more from the ‘Blue Burger’, but it was still delicious. Unfortunately, we had to wait for almost 15 minutes after our burger for our onion rings, which ended up being very greasy.

Copper branch is 100% vegan place. It does get a bit crowded ariund lunch time but there is usually still place to sit. I had a lovely time. Food was fast. If you like staff interaction maybe this place is not it for you because you order with a qr code.

I love Copper Branch and especially their rebranding/new menu. I was there a few years ago and slightly disappointed but their newest menu is great. I particularly love their blue cheese dressing on some of the burgers. Their nachos are sublime as well. Solid vegan food in several cities.

Menus are different from what you typically get in vegan restaurants in Europe. Many of the items had sauce (or cheese) that tasted very much like the blue cheese dressing you find in North America. Great to see that they’ve evolved from safer comfort foods.

Wanneer je in Rotterdam bent, kun je hier bijkomen. Binnen is het warm en gezellig en het eten is gewoon goed. Behoorlijk wat keuze ook. De bediening laat je niet lang wachten en ondertussen kun je gratis water pakken en wat te lezen pakken van de boekenplank. Beneden is het gezellig, maar boven is het pas echt fijn. Trapje op dus!
