Il titolare e i dipendenti sono giovani e aperti al cibo vegan . Ci hanno fatto assaggiare la torta testo, un pane che viene farcito con verdure . Inoltre ci hanno portato diverse bruschette con salse a base di funghi, pomodori e peperoni. Una zuppa di ceci e cavolo nero e la pappa al pomodoro. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e abbiamo potuto assaggiare cibo regionale in chiave vegan
