Average laksa

Would prefer their fried rice / hokkien mee. The laksa was very watery, mock meat was rubbery and very average to eat.

Amazing food for very cheap

We came here 3 or 4 times during our stay and each time tried something else and every time the food was amazing. The people at the stall were very friendly and even gave us some free moon cakes on our final visit.

Pros: Food was amazing, Menu has over 70 items, Amazingly cheap for how good the food is

Amazing food, superb service

Pretty much everything is vegan. I rocked up asking for a recommendation. I was on my own so the owner discounted it from $7 to $6 without me even trying to haggle. Then she added some extra of another dish on the side so I could try it. Szechuan chicken and something fish were both excellent. Tried so hard to tip her but she wouldn’t take the money!

Pros: Food, Service

Cons: A bit chaotic, I hope it doesn’t give me food poisoning tomorrow

Many options to choose even though you are 1 pax!

Cater to 1 pax as well as zi char dishes. Price is affordable, staff is friendly and caring. 😊

Dishonest cashier

I was cheated by the fried oyster aunty who had collect from me $9 for fried char kuay tiao. I had given the aunty $10 but she had given me $1 change back. The fried char kuay tiao had only cost $4. The fried oyster aunty insist she is correct. It was such a bad service with dishonesty and cheating from the stall.

Cons: Dishonestly, Poor attitude

Yong Tau Hoo is a must tried. Quite pricy but worth it.

One of the best Vegetarian Yong Tau Hoo.

Pros: Hard to find Vegatarian Yong Tau Hoo

Cons: Quite pricy. Items at 70 cents a piece.

Vegetarian Yong Tau Foo

Delicious Yong Tau Foo Soup base, quite lots of choices but rather expensive, 70 cents per item. Some of the Yong Tau Food items like Tofu, Eggplants are without filling.

Best vegan oyster omelette

Giving 5 stars because the oyster omelette was incredible!! Scarily close to the real deal, in fact, we had to triple remind ourselves that it was vegan. Remember to ask for it without eggs. As for the chilli Kangkong, it was a tiny portion for $6, so I was disappointed by that, and the flavours could have been spicier. But the oyster omelette won me over so I am giving 5 stars. Highly recommend ordering this dish!!

Pros: Best vegan oyster omelette

Cons: Small portion in vegetables

Orh jian

Heard rave reviews about their orh jian and tze char, but as we’ve already ordered food from multiple stalls, decided to give their orh jian a try. No regrets! Taste is right up my alley!

Pros: Value for money

Very addictive

Heard some really good reviews from close friends in the vegan community so I decided to give this stall a go.

As we had other foods waiting at our table, we decided to just order one small dish so we won’t waste food at all.
We tried the Gong Bao Monkey Head mushroom as recommended by the young lady working here, and boy was the dish so good! It’s stir fried with the usual dark sauce used for Gong Bao dishes, along with strips of ginger, capsicum, tomato and dried chilli, and it’s got that lil hint of wokhei flavour to it.

Definitely trying their food the next time I visit this hawker centre

Pros: wokhei
