Small but great! - Edit
We were in the city for a couple days and this was one of our stops. We had a mixed family of vegan/non-vegan, and Chirp offered options for both! The scallion rice was amazing. I wished we tried the squash soup!

Better than I expected - Edit
This is a casual Peruvian counter-serve place for takeout or eating in, with a bunch of tables and seats (though no restroom for customers). They have a small menu, with a bunch of chicken dishes. I admittedly was initially turned off by their name and their picture of a chicken as their icon. However, when I visited, I was pleasantly surprised that they have a bunch of clearly marked vegan and vegetarian items; I had the vegan squash soup and it was excellent, much better than I expected.

Tasty vegan options throughout menu - except dessert. Sauce is not vegan. On the positive side the menu is clearly marked. I would give it the max 4stars (fleshtaurant max) if it had vegan sauce and a vegan dessert option... Also would be nice to have a vegan protein option other than mushrooms..
