Terrific. I ordered the bah mi with potato salad. The banh mi roll was really fresh and the tofu with pickled daikon and carrots, cucumber, Mayo and pickled jalapeño the sandwich was delicious. The potato salad was savory with fresh dill obviously hand made and not from a package. This was my favorite restaurant here in Palm Springs. I’m going again before I leave tomorrow. Yay!

Delicious healthy junk food - Edit
Chef Tanya has a menu that forces you to make tough choices as you can only eat so much. Everything looks great. We landed up having the crispy chicken sandwich and Guadalajara tempeh burger. Tempeh isn't my favorite thing but this might be the best preparation of tempeh I've had till date. Even so, the crispy chicken sandwich was my favorite. The crispy chicken also came with iced tea which I enjoyed. We also had the mexican chocolate pudding and red velvet cupcake. The pudding was nice but felt "healthy". The red velvet cupcake was more decadent and I did enjoy it, but can't say I might go for it again. Overall I'd still love to go here again and try other things on the menu.

This is a really great little spot. The “crack cheese” that they make in house incredible. The sandwiches are very hearty and there are a lot of other things in the shop like cake and cookies. Chef Tanya was stocking the shelves and chatted with us for 10 minutes. #Veganuary

I stopped here with my family and we got the tempeh power burgers. They make the best tempeh I’ve ever had, and I loved the Guadalajara option with vegan cheese and hatch chilis. Their little store is packed with goodies; I could have spent hours shopping there.

Had a special with chupacabra tacos and pozole and agua fresco. Tacos were great, pozole could have been a bit better, hard to eat with flat spoon, but all in all really good.

Had an Asian salad, hubby had the Cuban sandwich and we shared an eggie salad. Everything was good, but not exceptional. We have had much better for less $$. I don’t understand why some vegan food items have to be so expensive, when we know that when we use the same ingredients at home it’s less than half of the cost/their price.

This place is incredible. We had the best sandwiches here, the food is so bomb. They also have the cutest little shop with lots of vegan items for sale—shirts, mugs, stickers, pins, home goods, specialty food items. I wish we could visit again! Probably the best vegan food in Palm Springs!

We went in-person or ordered in three times over our four days in Palm Springs. We tried four sandwiches and found the Chupacabra Chick’n and Bahn Mi & You to be our favorites. The potato salad is very tasty and we ordered it every day. Learning Chef Tanya's culinary advancements for vegan food was a huge bonus of visiting here.

Absolutely love this place! I brought my non vegan friend with me and she enjoyed everything as well. I got the Bahn Mi and the potato salad. I absolutely love a classic potato salad anywhere I go, if they have it, I must try! She got the chili burger and we shared the sriracha panini, added a chili, and we took a crumble back to our hotel!

I had the Caprese tempeh burger a side of spiced fries and an Haboob chocolate peanut butter with cookie crumble! Ouf! Everything was just delicious and tasty! The staff was really friendly too! After reading the reviews here, my expectations were really high. I ordered the Sunday Special, which sounded amazing when I read its description. But, in reality, it was just an okay burrito. I wouldn't order that option again. The place itself is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff was nice and efficient.

Chef Tanya’s is such a great spot with a fully vegan menu. I loved the chicken Cesar salad and the red velvet cupcake. Everything was so tasty and fresh. They had a huge selection of vegan cheeses you can buy to bring home. It is also super close to the airport so next time I fly to Palm Springs it will be my first stop!
