Best Mozzarella - Edit
While browsing at Whole Foods in San Diego (California), I spotted a new vegan mozzarella by Cheeze and Thank You, and I knew I had to try it. As a vegan for over five years, I have tried many vegan cheeses, but this one really stood out. It was creamy, lacked the infamous ~plastic~ aftertaste, and worked well in a variety of dishes. I am so glad Whole Foods carries it, and I look forward to trying more of their products in the future. #Veganuary

Tasty Vegan Cheese - Edit
We got a wedge of their vegan mozzarella at Whole Foods. It was really good. Even my non-vegan friends were impressed.
