Yummy Vietnamese flood. I asked for a vegan bahn mi and they gave me two options- organic tofu or mock duck. I chose the latter and it was delicious! I can’t wait to return and try their other vegan options!

cha pa’s is my safe space from my corporate job. always friendly, always quick service and the food is consistently delicious. they have a variety of vegan options and specials, highly recommend the vegan duck banh mi and thai iced tea w oat milk. love this spot !!!!

Loved the summer rolls and tofu satay which were summer specials! My friend got the vermicelli noodle dish with tofu which was also super yummy.

Nice place in theater district - Edit
There are not a lot of good places to eat in the Theater District of NYC, so this place is quite welcome. This is a mid-range restaurant; waiter-served ( friendly staffed), with tables a bit close together, but altogether a nice setting.

We liked everything we had: vegan spring rolls, tofu vermicelli, and vegan duck vermicelli (which I preferred to the tofu vermicelli), plus coffee and tea (note: the Vietnamese coffee is not vegan, so specify coffee with oat milk). Note that they have a vegan "fish sauce"--so do clarify that you want the vegan fish is indeed what you want.
