Lovely and tasty! - Edit
Cute spot with very lovely staff and extremely good food. The delicious burgers were served with crisps which was something else but that made it so special and yummy. We enjoyed our stay and also had a nice smalltalk with the staff. I definitely recommend coming here if you‘re in Nice.

Its a bit hard to find, but worth the search. The owners are the loveliest people you can imagine and their food matches them. The home made patties (2 variants) are great and the buns too. They offer six variants with delicious seasonings. Since they don't have beer or wine, I drank my first ginger beer. The cakes were delicious and the coffe too. We were really sorry not to be there more often during our stay in Nice.

The most welcome we have felt so far in France! The owners were lovely, explained the menu and gave us time to sit and eat. The burgers themselves were super tasty and extremely fresh. Not too expensive and a great stop. Know that there are only two tables though!

Caju is a very small location with a few outdoor tables. I got my order to go and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed and comfortable there.

In an era where vegan veggie patties seem to have all given way to patties like Beyond, it was so nice to see that Caju makes both of their patty varieties fully in house. The item I ordered came with their black bean patty and it was really delicious. The poppy seed bun was also quite good. It also came with chips which seemed to be a mix of potato and tortilla chips.

One of the best vegan burgers I have eaten. I had the Gardener burger with cheese and it did not disappoint. All home made and absolutely delicious. Came with choice of poppy seed (lighter) bread or a brooch type (heavier) bread. Opted for the poppy seed and it was just just right for lunch. Also had the ginger cake and it was delicious- no sugar, just agave.

The burgers make a satisfying and delicious meal. One of the few 100% vegan places in town. They also have smoothies, cake, and coffee. And the guys are super nice!

I've never met such friendly staff. The food and the smoothies are very good. It isn't too sweet and it tastes "healthy" but in a good way (they used dates to sweeten the smoothies). They also have a lot of different burgers. My non-vegan family also loved the food.

We ordered a black bean burger and a beetroot burger and they were both excellent. The staff were lovely and we could not have asked for a better experience. Don’t skip dessert; those are great too!

Small cafe and takeaway with a few outside tables in the characterful streets of Old Nice. Menu mainly compromises of homemade burgers that come with vegetable crisps. I took away a ‘Front Porch’ burger, the tables were all full for dining, which has a beetroot patty. Lots of lovely fresh salad and peanut butter houmous which is new try for me, as was the potato bun which I expected not to be as nice and fluffy as it was. They also offer a poppy seed bun and an alternative to the beetroot patty is a black bean one. Food was prepared quickly but also freshly. The seafront is a very short walk away so I sat and enjoyed my burger there on a bench overlooking the sea, bliss! Staff were really friendly and explained all the different options. Accepts cards.

Delicious vegan restaurant with burgers and smoothies. I tried the Juliet smoothie and the Gardener burger. The bun was so fresh and delicious, and the pattie was filling made from black beans. The owners were also really friendly and lovely and complemented my broken French. A bit pricy but the best vegan meal I’ve had in Nice so far.

A must visit! My favourite place on our trip. - Edit
Everything here is homemade and really nutritious. It’s all fully vegan and the flavours of their burgers are exceptional. The top three on the menu are beetroot burgers - a little sweeter. The bottom three are made from black beans and are a little meatier. We had one of each and they cut them in half to make it easier for us to share.
Read moreThe people who run the cafe are super nice. One is French and one is English and they clearly have real pride in their restaurant.
They did tell us that they only opened last year for 7 months and then went on 4 month vacation. Hopefully they’ll be open whenever you visit Nice because it really is a great place to get a good hearty vegan burger. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
