Very nice atmosphere and tasty food! - Edit
My boyfriend and really enjoyed this place. Not only is it in a fun artsy area, but the all-vegan food is very fresh and delicious (the picture does not do it justice). We started with a great Aperol Spritz😄The selection of cakes is also creative! We had a chicken wrap, an avocado bread and the oreo cake.

Das Café V-Cake umfasst ein unfassbar gutes veganes Menü mit leckerem Bacon, Käse, Rührei, usw. Wir fahren gerne mal aus Leipzig und Halle extra hierher. Der Kuchen ist auch fantastisch. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder!

There are usually about 6 different vegan cakes and pies to satisfy any craving - fruity, creamy, sweet or all of the aforesaid - it's all possible. Simply great! Otherwise, there is a selection of wraps and sandwiches to appease any hunger.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr sehr groß und sämtlich sehr lecker.
Die Wraps sind auch sehr gut.

All vegan and much to choose from. I had a fake salmon wrap made with carrot that had a subtle smokey flavour. I am not usually a fan of the smokey flavour but this was nice. The cake was very good. I could sit outside, inside everything was reserved.

So far my favourite place for having breakfast on a lazy Saturday morning here in Dresden! The café's interior is cozy, they are playing relaxing soundtracks and (maybe most important) the food is just great! We took the breakfast for two (about 18€) and it was really a lot! Bread and bread rolls, fresh vegetable and fruits, scrambled tofu and carrot salmon, different bread spreads and vegan cheese and also Joghurt with granola and more fruits… It was so much that we couldn’t even try the cake which looked really nice. I can also recommend trying their iced coffee during summer!

Cosy place and amazing vegan food - Edit
Back in the days I was really sad about the original owner handing over this nice and cosy place, offering amazing cake and coffee. Now I'm more than happy about how the V-cake evolved and that it counts as one of my favorite vegan places in Dresden again. It's not just the great selection of delicious cake and tasty savoury options, such as sandwiches and wraps, but also the spirit in general, the lovingly furnished room and the friendly staff.

Achtung es gibt auch ein Buffet, welches allerdings reserviert werden sollte! Leider wussten wir das nicht, aber wir haben uns vorgenommen, bei unserem nächsten Besuch, werden wir es uns nicht entgehen lassen. Es sag köstlich aus!

Very quaint cafe, very much has 'I just stepped into someone's living room' vibes. Nice spot for your afternoon cake and coffee. I tried a blueberry cake and it was too sweet for my taste but a nice bitter espresso helped. There were 6 cakes to choose from which was nice, great to see vegan options.
