Snacks not targeted towards vegans - Edit
I'm only commenting on the display (pastries, cakes etc.), not the lunch options.
Read moreFirst of all, it's a weird system to label "V" for vegan, "L" for lactose-free, but then "VL" for low lactose. Granted this is not a problem specific to this location, I just learned it here. Because I was actually looking forward to the cinnamon buns labeled "VL" (assuming it meant vegan and lactose free, and because a prior review had a photo of it). Only to find out that, with the exception of a single different item, nothing on offer was vegan.
As there are no other places with vegan food nearby, I bought here anyway. But I had hoped for more, reading so much praise here.

Ah yeah, VL is used in Finland from finnish word 'vähälaktoosinen' (low lactose) , I understand your feelings, it doesnt make sense to english labels. V label is vegan, as finnish word vegaaninen, that why its same first letter👍🏻.

The raspberry sorbet was beautiful. Very clearly full of a fresh raspberries and a creamy texture - more like ice-cream.

Beautiful spot with delicious cake - Edit
Beautiful place right opposite Arakka island with outdoor seating. They had of 2 vegan choices : pear tart and carrot cake. I chose the latter with a latte with oat milk and it was delicious.

This cafe/restaurant has such a beautiful location! Usually has vegan option at the lunch buffet (15€, incl. Salad, warm dish, bread, coffee/tea). Lunch menu can be checked beforehand on their website.

A few vegan options here, I called in advance. You can have the vegan option of the breakfast buffet. I had a bagel, berry shot, smoothie and a coffee. Great option for vegans in the area.

Lovely terrace, tasty lunch - Edit
Ursula is very popular cafe by the sea. Terrace is perfect for coffee or cocktail. On weekdays their lunch buffet has two warm dishes, other one always vegan. Deli salad buffet has vegan vöner for topping as well as other toppings. Sometimes they have a sandwich or wrap and sweet for vegans too. I’ve eaten here multiple times and always liked everything. Salad is decent, and buffet lunch has been tasty. The best part of the restaurant is the terrace. It’s lovely.
