Good bread and tea - Edit
Literally the only place with clear vegan options, I was so hungry that I didn’t even care having bread for breakfast, it was very good, the tea was delicious but originally wanted a latte but they didn’t have any plant milks sadly

Nice view, a couple of vegan options - Edit
It's a cute cafe and a good atmosphere, but unfortunately the vegan options are generally the more plain ones (vegan olive bread as opposed to non-vegan strawberry and cream filled croissant). No non-dairy milk options either. If you're already in the area definitely come for the view and snack but don't go out of your way to come here

Nice cafe with view of Udo Island and Seongsan Ilchulbong - Edit
Local teas, and at least two different vegan baked goods. The vegan items change every few days, and are clearly marked as vegan on the signs for each item
