We got the mezze plate to share and a salad to share. They offered us an additional dip to make the mezze plate vegan (we chose tapenade). It could have used more bread and the grilled veggies were a little to salty but otherwise everything was good. Salad was delicious.

A safe, cosy harbor for tourists: nice size and young atmosphere, excellent menu from breakfast onward, good prices, nice & intelligent staff. We arrived Vienna in cold, rainy weather (robbed before getting out of Hauptbahnhof!), reached hotel but, finding its restaurant unattractive, looked on web for nearby place to eat. Following reviews, what a splendid turnabout in fortunes seeing Menta at the end of the block! It became our place to sit and plan the day, while enjoying full breakfast & coffee, chat with hostesses--& return on the excellent U-Bahn system for dinners. Enthusiastically recommend.

Found many veggie or easily adaptable options on the menu. Both the food and the drinks were delicious; their lemonades are awesome. They also offer lunch menus for cheaper prices and the place is relatively close to Wien Mitte, so very central. Thumbs up Cafe Menta!

Just arrived in Vienna for holidays, we ate at this restaurant, which was very close to our flat.
Read moreThe salads and the burger were OK, but the wine was poor (probably the bottom of a bottle which had been opened for a few days), the service did not satisfy us, and I was brought a dish with cheese although I had specified that I was vegan.
Pros: Salad was OK., Burger was OK.
Cons: Poor service., Vegan requirement not honored. , Poor wine.
