Good food

The restaurant offers quite a few vegan dishes and snacks.
The prices are reasonable, portions are rather big, everything tastes good and seems to be made freshly.
The shop has a nice vibe with all the retro games and decorations.
BUT you have to know that smoking is allowed inside so you should avoid the shop if that bothers you. We were lucky that there were no smokers inside when we were there so it was like a normal restaurant.

Funky bar with vegan options

Very cool Gaming themed bar with a few delicious vegan options. We had bean tacos and a daal. Very reasonably priced. As it is a bar it is Smokey as you can smoke inside.

Fun place, VERY smoky

Disclaimer: I only came here for drinks.

I came here for drinks after dinner at the vegan izakaya because the 8-bit game atmosphere seemed fun. The bar is cute and has lots of kitschy old school Nintendo artifacts (and some Sega) and a few games that you can play for a small fee (ex: 100 yen for 30 minutes on a Nintendo emulator or to play arcade Street Fighter). The drinks are not very strong so stick to beer if you care about that.

I didn’t eat but chose this place because we had been to izakaya for dinner and worried the small portions might leave us wanting more food. We ended up not getting hungry so it was moot but I don’t think I could have eaten here either way. It was a VERY smoky bar. While all bars in Japan allow smoking (which I’m not used to anymore), this bar really had a lot of smokers and it also trapped the smoke. I can drink in that atmosphere but I can’t eat around it really.

If you wanted to come earlier before the place fills up with people drinking and smoking it will probably be a better experience.
