Such a cool place!

Offers burgers, falafel and salads so pretty small pickings but all very inexpensive!
Loved the chocolate and coconut cake I tried!
Very cool hang out!

Beautiful

Menu is incredible and with so many options to choose from, I ate one of their vegan burgers with vegan mayo and it was stunning. All the staff are friendly and the place has a lovely atmosphere.

A Bristolian staple

This cute cafe is a well-established venue in the Bristol Vegan scene. Entirely vegan save for cow juice in coffee on request, this place is predictable and reliable. Top tip: Try the Frappakino and/or the spicy burger.

Pros: Reliable, Co-operative

great burgers, sandwiches, salads and great value!

Chose this place because of its great reviews and it did not disappoint!! For £10 you can get a burger with vegan bacon and cheese, delicious patty, vegan mayo, tomato and lettuce plus fries and a salad on the side!! Great inclusive environment, friendly casual counter service and a wide range of interesting drinks. 10/10 would go back!!!!

100% vegan food

Lovely place with 100% vegan food. The only thing not vegan is they offer cows milk for coffee and tea. I really love the vegan spicy burger with chips. Only £8.50 for the burger and two sides.

Great local beer too from wiper and true.
Staff always lovely.

Pros: All vegan food and great value.

Cons: Chips weren't great later on in the day. Obviously

Perfect Vegan Experience

This is my favourite place on Earth. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the standard of food and drinks is phenomenal. They have a range of salad-type options that frequently change, offering exciting recipes with great portion sizes and they offer quite frankly the best burgers in the world. The inclusivity of the cafe should commended, from the body positive posters in the toilets to 'suspended coffee jar' for those in need in the community- they live up to their co-op status. Whether you wanna drop by for a hemp, soy, oat or almond milk coffee or a gorgeous slap-up meal, Kino is the place to go.

Pros: Innovative recipes , Fab portion sizes , A real sense of ease and warmth to the place

Ace place - one of Bristol's best

If I lived in Bristol I would go to Cafe Kino all the time! Love that it's a workers' cooperative, the space is totally cool and inclusive and the staff are really friendly. All that aside the food is seriously good - we had a big salad plate and the falafels and the food was tasty, flavourful and the portions were really generous. A great place to go any time of the day I'm sure but it's popular so be prepared for it to be busy.

Pros: It's a cooperative!, Accessible, inclusive, Great food

Great food and prices!

Visited Kino twice on our visit to Bristol a few weekends back and really enjoyed it- the first for Dinner and had a Burger and Salad, all very tasty and home made! Second for Breakfast which was equally tasty and the coffee was great too with a large choice of different non dairy 'milks'. Kino was recommended to me by some devout vegans and I too would highly recommend and have done so since our visit! All the best to all the team here x

Pros: Nice food, Very reasonably priced, Light and airy interior

Cons: none

Love your food.........But

I have visited Cafe Kino at least 10 times and the food is always wonderful. But the only thing that spoils it for me is, every time I've been in, you always get our order wrong. Today 3 of us visited and I ordered a cold sausage roll, which came out so hot I burnt my mouth. My daughter ordered the vegan bacon sandwich with curly fries and got rosemary fries. This happens every time we visit and it so disappointing as the food is so tasty. Last time we came in we didn't get our drinks and when we did, they weren't the drinks we ordered.

Pros: tasty delicious food, nice vibe

Cons: often bring the wrong order.

amazing vegan sausage roll

All of the food was delicious and fairly priced. Vegan sausage roll was my favourite. Also had a salad platter which was fantastic, and my partner had falafel which was really delicious.

Makes you smile.

Described as Bauhaus meets American dinner by one of the staff, it's kind of much more. A co-op... that's (almost) vegan. Friendly, easy to while away time here. Can get busy and service can take time but then all the more time to watch the world go by or plan your next visit to Cube cinema. Some of the best coffee too.

Pros: Great place to meet up or just sit by yourself.

Lovely place for a snack

I went there several times for a snack or dinner and I've never been disappointed. Burgers are good and filled up. Cakes are spongy and even better with a cup of tea.

Pros: Very good food, Nice atmosphere

Cons: Not enough choices for dinner

Nice vegan food somewhat outside of the centre

The food is all (vegan) fast food, so nothing for health nuts here. It tastes nice though and is really not expensive. I strongly recommend the sweet potato chips, but also the falafel kino, i.e. falafel and hummus (beware of garlic) with pita bread and salad, is very good and filling for only £5.50. They also serve milk shakes and smoothies, but I haven't tried those yet. The only negative point is that the place itself is not very cosy.

Very friendly coop

The spicy burger and sweet potato chips were great. staff nice and friendly. nice laid back place. As is often the case with no meat eateries you can see all that goes on in kitchen which is good

Pros: friendly staff , Good burgers , coop

Cons: Not a massive choice but not bad

Soft Sweet potato chips

Nice interior, mixed people, very friendly stuff, good burgers. I rate it with four stars as the sweet potato chips came very soft and not crispy, but maybe that is their personal style?

Lovely cafe, friendly staff

I have been to this cafe quite a few times but it is always busy and you often can't get seats. It is a nice place with friendly staff, lots of options, everything I've tried has been good. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because nothing is amazing, simple food, consistently nice but not special. Lots of cakes and homemade almond milk.

Pros: Lots of options , friendly staff

Cons: Often too busy to get a table

Very Good!

I wanted to give this place five stars, but nothing grabbed my attention. To be clear, I have nothing negative to say. It is a solid four-star place, and worthy of at least one visit if you're in the area.

Vegan heaven

This cooperative cafe is perfect and puts many others in the shade. I am spoiled for choice in here, and non veggie friends are always impressed too. Love the kino salad. Great ambience. my only quibble-why do they serve dairy milk?
