A must visit in Vienna - Edit
Most of the restaurants in Vienna are not so special. This one has excellent food with taste! Had the potatoes, lentil soup and the vegan chicken kebap. Tzatziki was very good and also the bread was so delicious. Best we had during our trip.

Nice and cozy - Edit
This is a nice place if you want to try some vegan Austrian food. I had the goulash and apple strudel which were both tasty.
Read moreI couldn't find a way to make a reservation online, so I just showed up... the place was full so I had to sit at the counter at first, which was uncomfortable. Eventually a table freed up though. If you're going in a group, you might want to call them first.
Pros: Good food , Cozy atmosphere , Nice drink selection
Cons: No online reservations, Cash only , Serves dairy milk

Vegan brunch buffet on weekends - Edit
We were delighted by the vegan brunch buffet!
Read moreSo many amazing options, including traditional Austrian dishes and international cuisine. They had everything we could wish for from soup, porridge, pasta, spreads, tofu scramble, Apfelstrudel, fruit salad,…
I love the atmosphere and interior design and it was such a pleasure to set right next to the cafè dogs who were super friendly and cuddly!💗 the only downside is the cash-only policy.

Meet locals here - Edit
This place felt to me like, where people from the neighborhood meet to chat, plan, dream and laugh.
Read moreThe anti establishment mood was unexpected tough 😉.
Most plates are simple, I could imagine any kind of spending time here but would find it harder to have lunch and dinner also due the informal seating opportunities. I also had to wait a little to be served (it was full) and did not feel 100% welcome. But I would still come back and get a second impression.
Only open in the afternoon except Saturday and Sunday, when they do the full vegan brunch.
Pros: Endless options, Locals seem to love it, Laptop welcome
Cons: I missed small salty nibble (like nuts), felt a bit crappy, offers diary milk

Friendly staff & unique food, but.. - Edit
We popped into cafe harvest after living it up in the prater theme park. Super important to note: this place is cash only (one of my pet peeves as we get absolutely rorted on ATM currency conversion)
Read moreLimited in what we could order as a group of 4 with about 50 euros, we got a couple serves of Austrian plum and poppyseed pasta and scrambled tofu as well as a lentil bowl. The food was super tasty! Unique flavours that we hadn’t had before and was generally a pleasant experience with a very delightful server (there was also a dog there and she was so cute!)
Here are some critiques:
-no card payments. I understand that card fees can be a killer for small business, but put those fees on the customer if you’re that worried about it.
-No water (including tap) unless you paid for it.
-menu was supposedly all vegan according to the server (which is not what some other reviews here say), aside from offering cows milk for their coffees. You’re so close guys! Ditch the cows milk. Your efforts to be ethical and fair towards animals falls short when you continue to support possibly the most evil and cruel part of the animal product industry
Pros: Unique flavours, Delightful staff, Ethical kitchen practices
Cons: Cows milk option for coffee, No card payments, No free water

cosy vegan spot - Edit
lovely little vegan restaurant with a very warm and cosy interior. many tables were booked up & reserved - we luckily got a table for 2 by the window, so may be best to reserve if you are thinking of visiting here. i ordered the vegan burger for mains. apologies no picture of the burger as i was so hungry, but this thing was huge and loaded up with many veggies! salad, vegan coleslaw, vegan patty, vegan cheese and a toasted brioche bun with burger sauce spread all over - it was honestly delicious and the vegan patty was the best part. the coleslaw was particularly tasty too. only downside was that i could not fit the whole thing in my mouth, so had to eat the burger dissected. the burger came with tortilla chips and variety of 3 dips. this was actually a nice treat compared to having fries. the tortilla chips felt a lot lighter and didn't make me feel so stuffed afterwards, meaning there was room for dessert 🧁! i ordered the apple strudel with vegan ice cream and vegan whipped cream for desert. this was genuinely the most delicious vegan desert i have ever tasted. the pastry was light and fluffy, the apple/fruity filling was sweet and soft. the strudel was warm, contrasting with the coldness of the ice cream and whipped cream perfectly. i couldn't believe how good this was and i was so so impressed. would honestly come back just to have the apple strudel again. my boyfriend ordered the doner kebab, which consisted of seitan doner meat stuffed in a pita with veggies, tzatiki, salad etc. i tried the seitan doner meat and it was very tasty! i'm not usually a fan of seitan but this was done very well. overall a really, really good meal out.

Just okay - Edit
I really wanted to like this restaurant as many before but the food was just average. It was great to taste a local dish but it just tasted average. The icetea was delicious and a lot. The "schöner döner" my bf had was unfortunately pretty bland as well.

Delicious - Edit
We went for dinner, it was very good! They have a completely vegan menue with mainly austrian dishes. Also desserts, cakes and coffee. I tried a goulash with pasta dumplings which was very good, as well as the apple strudel I had as dessert. The portions were big and the service was very friendly! It’s very cosy inside, but they have also a nice terrace outside. Definitely worth to visit!
