Good vegan options - Edit
I’ve never had a buckwheat crepe that wasn’t totally dry - it’s just nothing like a regular crepe so you have to go in with an open mind. They do have a lot of vegan options you can put together. Go for extra maple syrup or anything to take away the dryness!

The flavours of the plant power are good but I agree with someone else who said the thing is too dry. It’s a pro, though, that the spinach doesn’t make the thing sloppy. There is certainly a lot of garlic but it’s not a cream, just lots of tiny bits of garlic. I expected something more like a garlic crema, maybe made from cashews. This could make it less dry. There’s a bit of maple to help with that but it was pretty uneven. It’s a bummer that they charge $2 extra to change the sweet crepes to buckwheat for vegan/gf.

Vegan Crepes! - Edit
They have a vegan buckwheat base and can make most of their crepes vegan using it. Only downside is there isn’t a lot of shade over the picnic tables nearby so be sure to go early if it’s going to be hot outside. The coffee is also good.

Read moreThe plant power crepe was delicious (has vegan cheese). If you want your veggie fix with a little bit of sweetness give it a shot.
They have sweet and savory crepes. Very accommodating to vegan requests (adding/removing ingredients).
The coffee was also really good - great oat milk latte.
The only reason why they don’t get 5 stars is because they offer non-vegan options.
Will for sure return on my next Mammoth trips.
