Cafe Cooee is closed and now it’s called Cong Caphe. It’s very cute, but the only vegan food they sell are these coconut crackers.

Great coffee with oat milk plus vegan brunch/lunch options in a cute spot right next to Gwakji beach. Fantastic stuff.

Cute cafe with vegan options and beach view - Edit
I was surprised to find a cute cafe near the beach with some vegan brunch options! They are open for dinner too but they don’t have vegan options for dinner. Only brunch. Drinks also can be made vegan
