Good but undeservedly expensive - Edit
I paid decidedly hip Burbank a visit while waiting to catch a night train. The proximity to the station was an important factor here. I knew there weren't that many vegan options, and judging from the prices, I was expecting massive portions and/or otherworldly creations. They weren't quite like that, or at least my dish wasn't. Based on celeriac and polenta, the raw materials were inexpensive, but the final product wasn't. To be fair, it was a yummy meal, and I would have been ok with paying 25 euro.. but 32? Come on!
Read moreStaff were friendly but took a long time to give me the bill, as I was unable to make eye contact with them. I guess other customers in attendance were more worthy of their attention. I also thought the music was a bit too loud. All in all, Burbank only serves its purpose under very particular circumstances.
