try the salty pancakes, they are deliciouuuuus. very fluffy, with authentic bacon and a nice sauce. only the scrambled tofu was too watery in my opinion.

my only point of criticism is that it's very small (about 8-10 seats inside) and popular at the same time which is why i felt obligated to leave earlier than i'd liked to let other people try their food as well

I ate at Brûlé twice. Both meals - the pancake with scrambled tofu brunch bowl and the Chou Farci lunch plate — were delicious and filling. Their yummy dessert selection runs the gamut from cookies to tiramisu.

Un super endroit qui change régulièrement son menu. Nous avons pu tester un banh mi ainsi que des pancakes salés et une incroyable soupe au chou-fleur avec des morceaux de seitan. Tout était très bon et goûtu, le staff est très cool et la petite épicerie fait le taff pour les basiques qu'on ne trouve pas en supermarchés classiques. Sert des pancakes jusqu'à 18h en plus du service du midi.

OI had a long train stop over in Toulouse and walked to Brule and that was fully worth it. On the long tables on their terrace (shared with others) I ordered the Ciabatta, which was a very luxurious filled bread, with seitan ham, many fried vegetables, olives and more,served with a nice dressing around it. Absolutely great. As dessert I took a Brioche to go, also nice but the highlight was the Ciabatta! Plus very friendly and quick service

Highly recommend the ciabatta - so much flavour in every bite. Also tried the tofu scramble pancakes which were delicious. Bonus points for a tasty iced matcha. Tiramisu decent but not quite as good as it looked!
