Wow factor high! - Edit
Elegant from top to bottom. This is where one can treat oneself because every penny spent is more than worth it.
Read moreAs with many restaurants in Tokyo, the set lunch format is what works here. This was some of the freshest, healthiest food we've ever eaten.
The presentation of both the food and the interior design was immaculate. The desserts rounded of our dining experience with aplomb.

Not my bowl of rice. - Edit
My girlfriend LOVES this place and yes it's a beautiful restaurant, good atmosphere, great interior, a sea of tranquility, perfect for your instagram but it's just not for me. It was busy so we were sat in the outside courtyard which was lovely in the sunshine. I chose the curry lunch set and my girlfriend opted for the breaded tofu set. Again it's all a matter of personal taste, for me the curry was nice but nothing exceptional where as the breaded tofu was delicious, the rest of it just doesn't excite me or my taste buds. On the flipside my girlfriend adores this joint and the food they serve.

Delicious but more western - Edit
The restaurant was modern, beautiful and quiet- a great place to get away from the bustle of the Main Street. I ordered the curry set but it was more like a tomato based ragu or stew. It definitely wasn’t curry and mine didn’t have any soy meat or tofu in it like past reviewers have mentioned.
Read moreThe portions were okay but it is a bit pricy for what you get. This is the type of place I would recommend for people missing western flavours and who just want a lot of vegetables. Whilst tasty, this is not the place to find vegan authentic Japanese food.
Pros: Lots of vegetables, Beautiful restaurant , Tasty
Cons: Expensive, Not Japanese flavours, Limited menu

Agh what happened 😢 - Edit
I came here on my last trip to Tokyo & it was great, tasty, wholesome, delicious. This time I ordered what I thought was steamed dumplings in a basket but it was actually steamed vegetables, that made me sad, not sure if something was lost in translation but it definitely said dumplings. It was just so bland. Nothing had any flavour except for the mushrooms in the salad. Service was great, staff were great, miso was delicious. If you like food that’s largely unflavoured then you’ll like it!
Read morePros: All vegan, Great service , Reasonable price for food (drinks expensive)

Amazing flavours - Edit
Amazing flavours at this restaurant. Ambiance was very nice as well tucked away in a small street. Good size meal for a decent price. We ordered the weekly special meal and it came with Sweet Soy Tofu. I have to learn how to cook like this as it was amazing. Would highly recommend this place.

I wasn't sure what to expect hence the negative and positive reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very delicious and it was all traditional japanese food. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed the options and the food I got.

Expensive food for the money, more of an “instagram” place for pictures - Edit
Expensive food, food quality was low for the money and what is advertised. Not many flavours or taste. Unfortunately we had amber rude service which was surprised by.

damn. - Edit
Maybe the best vegetarian curry I’ve had in Tokyo. Why? It’s not full of boiled potatoes and carrots which everyone does. It’s got the fake soy meat and fancy grilled veggies on top. Yum! Hurts the wallet though :(

Nice, but I was disappointed - Edit
I might have had to high expectations for this place, but to me it was a disappointing experience. The food wasn’t bad at all it was just really boring, and at that price point!?! I got both the lunch set and a chocolate dessert and both were underwhelming. The lunch set was a bit tasteless, one of the small dishes was a poorly prepared blob of spinach. Tasted fine, but just boring. The fried tofu and tempeh were probably the best aspect of the set, and the salad with this was really nice.
Read moreIt was nice that everything was vegan.
The restaurant itself was very plain to me, and lacked personality, clean and proper though.
Pros: All vegan, Healthy
Cons: Expensive , Bit tasteless

I went there with a couple of friends around 15:00 to have a cake. The tofu lemon cheesecake was delicious, and I like the place too, it was lovely. I will definitely go there again very soon to try their lunch menu.

Beautiful - Edit
The cafe is tucked away in a small street that's full of greenery. It feels very cozy and calming.
Read moreWe ordered the seasonal set menu and the bamboo basket steamed vegetable set. It comes with just the right amount of food to make you feel satisfied and full. All the food was of high quality and felt meticulously prepared. The presentation of both sets was lovely. Really yummy and healthy lunch. For dessert we had a nut tart, which was just the right amount of sweet.
I wouldn't mind eating this kind of food every day!

Brown rice brings the best that Japan has to offer (beautiful and seasonal food) without the stuff that drives you crazy (impractical / inflexible).

Had the vegetable curry and it was delicious! Was craving a good curry, and it was really satisfying. The restaurant itself is tucked away in a side street, making it feel nice and cosy and separated from the busyness of Shibuya. Nice modern interior, and very popular among foreigners.

Good Japanese lunch - Edit
The restaurant has a cosy and nice interior, and the food was very tasty. Would especially recommend the ginger ale, as it is made of self made syrup from organic ginger. 1700 yen is on the pricy side for a lunch set, but in my opinion the food was worth it.

Tasty, but not really worth it - Edit
At ¥1700 for a lunch set, it's on the pricy side, and aside from a couple foreign tourists, the clientele reflected that this place is sorta upscale. The lunch set was good, but not amazing. The main dish the day we went was a sweet and sour tofu, which was actually really delicious, but there was so little of it. IMO although the food was pretty tasty, it wasn't worth the price, especially given the portions. If you don't mind that it's a little pricy for a lunch, then it's worth a try.

Lovely! - Edit
I am a big Neal's Yard fan and was surprised to find that they're big in Japan too. The restaurant (it's more restaurant than cafe) is owned by them and serves lovely vegan food. It's a little pricy, but it's Tokyo so not surprising. The setting and decor are gorgeous however. They have a small menu with bento box-style meals and everything we tried was great - deep fried soy meat, cakes etc.
Read moreMy favourite part was the setting, but I would go back here for the food too! It's also in a really nice area.
