Absolutely divine - Edit
This was hands down my favorite meal I had while I was in Tokyo. I was so excited to find a vegan version of traditional Japanese dishes. Not only was the presentation gorgeous, but the food was delicious and the way they cooked the tempeh was chefs kiss! All the portions were the perfect size for me. Would def recommend 🤍

Get the biscuits - Edit
The biscuits are absolutely delicious. Sadly I can’t say the same for the rest of the menu. The steamed vegetables and the lemon cake were pretty bland, plus this place it’s pretty expensive.

Health conscious meals - Edit
The restaurant is self-sustaining in terms of not creating any CO2.
Read moreThe lunch menu offered 3 different lunch sets and I opted for the curry vegetables and the tofu lemon cheesecake. Customers can choose if they want more or less rice. The service was a bit slow, but we were there during rush hour. The food felt very healthy but lacked the extra spark to get 5 stars.
Pros: Nice ambience
Cons: Slightly slow service

Delicious seasonal tea - Edit
I stopped in here on the afternoon of January 17th, 2024 and sat in the very nice outdoor seating area. It was getting a bit cold but the area is nicely heated. I enjoyed a delicious slice of lemon cheesecake as well as the seasonal tea which happened to be yuzu with chamomile. The tea was sweet and we were told that it had brown sugar added to it. This is contrary to the description of the restaurant which says that it adds no sugar to its food and drink.

Authentic healthy Japanese Vegan food - Edit
Simple authentic/ traditional PB Japanese food.
Read more( I would say a cross between home cooking and Shojin - miso soup, veggie side dishes, brown rice etc. Nice cakes. ) Quite plain, but authentic - light flavors and super healthy. Not so crowded on weekdays if you miss the 12-1.30 lunch peak time

Hearty vegan lunch in a beautiful zen garden - Edit
Beautiful, zen, relaxing restaurant and shop. They serve only lunch, a number of sets to choose from. Price a bit on the high side but you pay for food quality and location. Food is good. Rice is really really good.

Overhyped unfortunately - Edit
I really wanted to love this spot and considering the long line, I assumed it would be amazing but it was a bit of a letdown. The food was good, but was expecting better considering how popular it is. It does taste healthy and fresh though.

Our favourite vegan restaurant in Tokyo - Edit
We came back here twice during our month-long stay in Tokyo. The place is super aesthetically pleasing & cosy. The outdoor terrace is a treat too on a sunny day.

Classy and delicious - Edit
This place is so comfortable and cute and the service was amazing. The menu is simple but every dish has a wide variety of flavors. My husband and I shared the curry and the weekly special (onion stuffed fried bean curds) plus got coffee, a seasonal soda, and a lemon tart all for $45 USD.

Good quality food in a lovely environment - Edit
Went here on a Friday for lunch. There was a wait to get in (maybe took us 20min). The staff, vibe, and overall dining experience was excellent the entire time.
Read moreWe got the special set meal with fried tofu as the main, a coffee and tofu cheesecake.
Everything was really good. Nothing was mind-blowing. We returned to other places in Japan multiple times this trip, but decided the food quality here was not worth a repeat return compared to other set meals. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely return in the future.

Great vibe, great food - Edit
I love the simple menu and the relaxed environment. The main dish I got was fried tofu - it was so good I could have eaten 2 more servings. But it’s good I didn’t because I had room for dessert! I would recommend getting the meal that comes with a drink dessert.

Excellent, whole food set menu - Edit
Only a few options to choose from, but had an excellent time with the family. I very much enjoyed the seasonal set with tofu and pickled vegetables and my daughter enjoyed the steamed vegetable set. Best rice I’ve had in Japan and the only vegan miso soup I’ve been able to find on my short trip. Top notch food. Service is good, but the place is busy with tourists and locals. Would highly recommend for the warm and comforting whole food 🍱 and the feeling like you’re getting a true, Japanese macrobiotic experience. Would definitely recommend a visit. #Veganuary

Nice, relaxing place - Edit
I liked the vibe of the place but the food wasn't my favourite that I had during my trip to Japan. It's good but a bit overpriced, especially for the portion size. Still, it was great finding an all vegan restaurant in Tokyo.
