Everything bagel

We ordered an everything bagel with tofu cream cheese and a blueberry bagel with tofu scallion cream cheese and both were great and as ordered! Blueberry scallion was surprisingly good

Got sick

Be careful when you order. I ordered a blueberry bagel with vegan cream cheese and they gave me a plain bagel with blueberry (dairy) cream cheese... There was a massive amount of customers so I understand the haste that must have caused the mixup. I thought it'd be fine because last time this happened somewhere I didn't have any ill effects, and I didn't have time to get another breakfast. But later today I ended up feeling really sick and throwing up...

Just make sure they take down your order correctly. I would be willing to give them another chance based on their multiple vegan cheese options and their good reviews. Maybe someday.

Very Good Vegetarian Bagels

We had the Garlic Vegetable Cream Cheese Everything Bagel, the Scallion Creamed Cheese Everything Bagel and the Chipotle Scallion Cream Cheese Everything Bagel. All were lovely. Very popular location as it is near Central Park. Big queues when we arrived.

Pros: Range

Cons: Queues

Bagel and tofu cream cheese

The bagels were..bagels. But by far they have my favorite vegan cream cheese I've tried. The tofu scallion cream cheese was perfect.

Best Vegan Cream Cheese I’ve Ever Had

The bagels were, of course, delicious, but the cream cheese was out of this world. They make 2 kinds - chickpea and tofu. I tried the chickpea garlic herb and it was UNREAL!

The owner of the restaurant, Robert, walked up to our table and he seemed really excited that I loved the chickpea cream cheese so much. He said that they were trying different types of vegan cream cheese and were really happy with the way the chickpea had turned out.

It’s nice to know that they put so much effort into making sure vegans have as good of an experience as the rest of their patrons!

Good veggie and vegan options

3-4 vegan types of tofu cream “cheese” for bagels. Other veggie options as well if you have dairy. Generous helping of cream cheese on bagel with good prices.

Pros: Good Tofu cream cheese options , Great veggie options , Good prices

Cons: Ask staff to change gloves to prevent cross contam

Solid bagel option

This place is definitely popular, always a line when I go. Hit or miss whether you’ll be able to snag a small table for two. It has a big menu with some limited vegan options (but on par with other vegan places). My go-to is an everything bagel with tofu scallion cream cheese and it fit the brief

Typical bagel place

I was eager to try the chick-pea based cream cheese this place advertised, but all they had today was tofu-based vegan cream cheese--much as in any other bagel shop in NYC. The bagel I had today was very good--NYC bagels are always good. However, there is little that distinguishes this bagel shop from a HappyCow perspective.
