vegan cookie!!!! - Edit
omg truly some of the best food i’ve had… i got a falafel pita, fries, and a tahini chocolate chip cookie. the pita was so delicious, (the tahini dressing really brought it all together. it was slightly lemony) the fries were fresh and seasoned so well, and the cookie was like one of the best vegan cookies i’ve ever had? i didn’t really taste much tahini flavor though

So many options! - Edit
While they aren’t vegetarian/vegan entirely, they certainly don’t forget about us! Get it all. Falafel is the best in the area, baba and hummus are amazing (ask for both!), the roasted veggies, ugh - EVERYTHING. Ask for pita on the side (or buy a whole bag) and do not forget the chocolate chip tahini cookie. My god, it’s amazing. Loved their cauliflower soup too!!

Live Laugh Brassica - Edit
Brassica is my go-to for great vegan food in Columbus. Once you've chosen falafel over chicken, the majority of their toppings & sauces are vegan. Everything isn't labeled vegan, but staff is very knowledgable & will point out what is and isn't vegan.

I Could Eat Here Everyday! - Edit
Not 100% vegan, but still one of my favorite restaurants! I get a pita with falafel, hummus (or baba if I’m feeling it, because that’s great too), mixed greens, tahini dressing, pickled cabbage, and eggplant. The fries are also out of this world! Only thing that could make this place better is to make everything else vegan!

Cons: Can get overly busy quite often , Not 100% vegan

Get their baba ganoush, stat - Edit
Dear god, this place is amazing, I don't know why I put off trying it for so long. I only went here twice because I went right before I moved from Columbus😒I say this as someone who is not a big fan of the "build-your-own-bowl" type of restaurant. This place is so cozy and beautiful inside, it doesn't feel as depressing as going to a carbon-copy chain and stretching my burrito bowl over 3 meals. Of course, Brassica is pricier and I couldn't stop myself from eating the whole bowl, so...

Pros: Baba ganoush, The rest of the food is pretty friggin great, too, Cozy atmosphere
Cons: Loud, A bit crowded

Best Falafel ever!!! - Edit
One of our favorite vegan friendly spots! If you are in the Columbus area ever you have to go here. 98% of everything is completely vegan and they are super accommodating. 3 out of the 4 sauces that you put on your bowl or sandwich are completely vegan also! The falafel is sooooo good! You can’t beat the fresh hot pita bread and hummus! Don't miss out! The seasoned fries are amazing as well!

This is a five star place! Please expand!
Read moreWe were so happy that we tried this out. It’s delicious and a cute, comfortable place in a hoping area! I had a pita with hummus, marinated eggplant, carrots, beets, and cauliflower. I tried all of the vegan sauces but found that I didn’t need any of them because it was already so flavorful. My daughter had the same but with with falafel, and used their most common sauce -which is not vegan but she said is “delicious”! We also had the seasoned fries, which were ok.
Btw, I think the price is inline for a sandwhich or salad.

Falafel sandwich - Edit
The falafel sandwich was incredible. Lots of really good flavors and items that would be hard to find any where else. Side veggies was also very good. Deserves five stars but 4 is the max for restaurants that aren’t fully vegan or vegetarian. I will definitely be coming here every time I’m in town.

Excellent Falafel Pitas - Edit
After spending time in Germany, where good falafel pitas are an easily accessible street food in major cities, I've had a lack of falafel in my life. Brassica definitely fulfills my need for falafel pitas. I will say that on the scale of global pita prices, this is super expensive for what is traditionally a street food. However, Brassica is a Western foodie take on street food, so you're getting organic pitas and some unique filling options like spicy carrots, and ultimately the price is comparable to a good burrito. They will also STUFF your pita to the brim, and you can get two meals out of it. Not to mention, good falafel can be hard to find. It can get packed in the restaurant, and eating falafel pita inside feels weird anyways, so I get mine to-go and go eat in the nearby park.

You're missing out by not getting the bowl! I feel like you get 2x as much food, and you can always get a pita on the side!

Delicious veggies, Modern atmosphere - Edit
We just stopped in for a shareable, small dish. I ordered the hummus plate with falafels and a side of veggies. I got pickled cucumbers, spicy carrots, and roasted cauliflower. I believe the veggie sides change daily. We also noticed sandwiches (served in pitas) and lentil & veggie bowls. Everything looked amazing!
